This article will give you a complete preview of my three best bets for UFC 320, which will include the main event, a light heavyweight title fight between Magomed Ankalaev and Alex Pereira, and the co-main event, a bantamweight title fight between Merab Dvalishvili and Cory Sandhagen.

UFC Magomed Ankalaev vs. Alex Pereira best bet: Magomed Ankalaev moneyline (-275)
My best bet at UFC 320 will target Magomed Ankalaev to win in the main event and retain his UFC light heavyweight title. Ankalaev enters this fight with an MMA record of 21-1-1 and 12-1-1 in the UFC. His most recent title defence was a win over Alex Pereira in March 2025 by unanimous decision.
Throughout his career, Ankalaev has been a solid striker, averaging 3.66 significant strikes per minute and has a striking accuracy of 52 per cent. More importantly, he absorbs 2.46 strikes and has a striking defence of 57 per cent.
Even though Ankalaev is the clear favourite, he looks to be the best betting option. The Russian hasn’t lost in the UFC since his debut in March 2018. Further, he controlled the previous fight with Pereira the entire time and never looked in danger of losing. For that reason, backing Ankalaev to win (-275) will be our top pick.

UFC Merab Dvalishvili vs. Cory Sandhagen best bet: Merab Dvalishvili win by decision (-210)
Our second UFC 320 bet will focus on backing Merab Dvalishvili to beat Cory Sandhagen by decision in the co-main event to retain his UFC bantamweight title.
Dvalishvili enters this fight with an MMA record of 20-4 and 13-2 in the UFC. His most recent title defence was a win against Sean O’Malley in June 2025. Dvalishvili is a balanced fighter, averaging 4.31 significant strikes per minute with a striking accuracy of 42 per cent, while also averaging 5.84 takedowns every 15 minutes with a takedown accuracy of 35 per cent.
Dvalishvili is the significant favourite, which is why we are targeting him to win by decision. He has won 11 times in the UFC by decision, which includes 11 of his last 13 UFC fights and five of his last six UFC fights. Further, he rarely finishes his opponents; therefore, backing Dvalishvili to win by decision (-210) will be our play.
UFC Jiri Prochazka vs. Khalil Roundtree Jr. best bet: Over 1.5 total rounds (-150)
Our third UFC 320 bet will back the fight between Jiri Prochazka and Khalil Roundtree Jr. to go Over 1.5 rounds.
Prochazka is the heavy favourite, and because of that, I will look for this fight to last several rounds. Roundtree Jr. has seen four of his last five UFC fights go Over 1.5 rounds, while Prochazka has seen five of his last six UFC fights do the same. Therefore, because both fighters have been able to last multiple rounds in many of their recent fights, backing Over 1.5 total rounds (-150) will be my play.
