Bills vs. Dolphins Point Spread: NFL Week 13 Odds, Prediction
The Buffalo Bills are one of the worst offensive teams in the NFL but they’re averaging 32.5 points over their last two games. They fly south to Miami with the hopes of harpooning Ryan Tannehill and the Miami Dolphins.
NFL Point Spread and Betting Analysis
The Bills are 2-0 straight up and against the spread over their last two games. Buffalo is still the second-lowest scoring team in the league but the Over is 3-0 over its last three contests. The Bills are 4-7 SU and 5-6 ATS for the season and the Under is 6-5 in their 11 games.
Miami is coming off a narrow loss to the Indianapolis Colts last weekend but the club still covered as a 9-point road dog. The Dolphins are 5-6 SU and 6-5 ATS on the campaign, but they’ve won four of their five home games.
The Phins opened as 6-point chalk but the line has moved in favour of Buffalo to a 5-point spread. The total is hoovering between 40.5 and 40. The Over is 5-1 in the last six meetings between the Bills and Dolphins.
About 65 percent of Sports Interaction bettors are backing the Bills as 5-point underdogs and 92 percent of total bets are on the Over 40.5.
Buffalo Bills
Josh Allen returned under centre for the Bills last week and he did enough to get his team to win. The passing numbers were ugly again (8-for-19 for 160 yards) but he did rush for 99 yards and a touchdown.
The Bills still rank second last in passing offence with just 159.8 yards per game. Buffalo is second in total defence and the team is allowing just 240 yards per game over the last three weeks.
Miami Dolphins
Is this the last year for Ryan Tannehill in Miami? The 30-year-old quarterback is in this eighth year with the Dolphins and has added zero playoff wins and just one playoff appearance for the franchise over that time.
It looks like another year with Miami on the outside looking in for the playoffs. Tannehill and possibly head coach Adam Gase could be on their way out of town if things don’t turn around in a hurry. The Phins have games left against New England, Jacksonville, Minnesota and another game against Buffalo. There’s a chance they could be favoured in just one of their last four matchups of the campaign.
