Italian Serie A 2025-26 Odds: Title Futures Preview and Betting Predictions
The Italian Serie A is a top-flight European football league and is considered one of the best in the world. In recent decades, Juventus totaled nine consecutive Serie A league titles from the 2011-12 to the 2019-20 season before Inter Milan reclaimed their mantle in 2021 for the first time since 2009-10.
Since 2020, Inter Milan and Napoli (reigning champions) have won the Italian league title twice, with AC earning their first trophy since 2011 in the 2021-22 season. This season’s Serie A odds show that it is likely to be a dogfight between Inter Milan, Napoli, AC Milan, and Juventus, with Napoli being slight favorites to repeat after returning a powerful squad.

It’s Napoli (2024-25 league winners), Inter Milan (Champions League runner-up), and AC Milan (Supercoppa Italiana winners) that take the top spots. Juventus are always in contention to win the title, although their squad has struggled in the last six years. Roma has new management (Gian Piero Gasperini) with youthful talent and finished in fifth place last season, while Atalanta finished third with the top league goalscorer, Mateo Retegui (25 goals), but he transferred to Al Qadsiah, so I expect them to struggle after the departure of Gasperini and Retegui. Atalanta, Lazio, and Bologna (2025 Coppa Italia winners) are other potential candidates.
Serie A Best Bet: Inter +275
Surprise, surprise, Inter Milan is my choice to win the 2025-26 Serie A title. The Nerazzurri finished second in the league and fell short in the Champions League and Supercoppa finals. Additionally, they will be under new management in Cristian Chivu, and this feels like a revenge story made for the ages.
They will most certainly have a fire under their belly this season, and Lautaro Martinez will be leading them from the front once again. I see them overtaking Napoli because Gli Azzurri now have to play in the Champions League after only having to focus on league play last season. Inter has the depth and experience to capture its second Serie A title in three years.
Serie A Predictions: AC Milan +500 and AS Roma +1000
In terms of other teams winning Serie A in 2025-25, I like AC Milan and AS Roma’s chances. AC Milan reached a level of consistency over the last four years to achieve one Serie A title and one Supercoppa title. Although they finished their 2024-25 season in eighth, they’ve proved to be damaging in at least one or more competitions each year. Christian Pulisic (11 goals and nine assists) and Rafael Leao (eight goals and eight assists) are both back in the squad, and new acquisitions Ardon Jashari, Samuele Ricci, Koni de Winter, Pervis Estupinan, and Real Madrid’s Luka Modric add depth to this squad. Without a European competition to focus on, AC Milan will have an easier time staying energized, making +500 odds a great price.
As far as longshot picks go, AS Roma sit at +1000 odds to win the league after finishing in fifth last season. Gasperini constantly outperformed expectations as manager of Atalanta, and I expect him to do the same in Rome. Artem Dovbyk returns this season after dishing out 12 goals last season, and with new signings including Wesley, Aynaoui, Evan Ferguson, Devis Vasquez, and Radoslaw Zelezny, they can surprise Italian fans. The team will have its focus on Serie A and Europa League, and while overcoming Inter Milan, AC Milan, Napoli, and Juventus will be no easy task, +1000 odds are perfect for a sensible darkhorse pick.
