Steelers vs. Ravens Point Spread: NFL Week 4 Odds, Prediction
The Baltimore Ravens’ trip overseas left a terrible taste in their mouths – and bouncing back won’t be easy as they prepare for a home encounter with the rival Pittsburgh Steelers. The Ravens were thumped 44-7 by the Jacksonville Jaguars in London, and is now tasked with facing a Steelers team that sits tied with Baltimore atop the AFC North standings despite not firing on all cylinders on the offensive end.
Week 4 NFL odds have the Ravens pegged as 3-point home underdogs.

Point Spread and Betting Analysis
Baltimore gets a field goal in this one, bolstering its chances of continuing an incredible ATS run against division rivals. The Ravens have covered in 10 of their last 11 encounters against AFC North opponents, a streak they extended with season-opening wins over the Cincinnati Bengals and Cleveland Browns. They’re also 5-1-1 ATS in their last seven meetings with Pittsburgh. Yet, despite the trends, 80 percent of Sports Interaction favor the Steelers to cover the spread on the NFL odds board.
Baltimore has been just as consistent against division foes when it comes to the total, playing to the under in six of their last seven games versus the AFC North. The Steelers have kicked off the season with three consecutive under plays, as the offense waits to get untracked while the defense has been among the league’s best so far. But with a meager total of 41.5 for this one, bettors aren’t convinced – they’re leaning toward the over at a 71-percent clip.
Pittsburgh Steelers
Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger has some of the most dramatic home/road splits of any player at his position, and that’s reflected in the total – and that chasm is even greater when it comes to games in Baltimore. Pittsburgh has dropped four in a row at M&T Bank Stadium, averaging just 14.3 points in those contests. Despite this, the Steelers have a team total of 22.5 on Sports Interaction – a total they haven’t exceeded in Baltimore since 2012.
Baltimore Ravens
There hasn’t been much to cheer about after halftime for Ravens fans, who have seen their team score a modest 13 points combined in the second half of their first three games. Sports Interaction is offering +157 odds on the Ravens winning the third quarter outright, and +128 for a fourth-quarter victory – the odds are long, to be sure, but Baltimore’s stout defense and recent success against the Steelers make them worth considering.
