The Seattle Seahawks offense has looked pathetic through two weeks of the season. They have just one touchdown and the team is lucky to have a win. Now they’re on the road against an upstart Tennessee Titans team that is trying to prove themselves.

Point Spread And Betting Analysis
While the Titans opened up at -2 at Sports Interaction, there has been action on both sides. The line dipped as low as -1.5 but is now up to -3 as the Titans have seen the bulk of the bets. It’s not often that the Seahawks are an underdog. They are 1-3 ATS in and 0-4 in their last four as a road dog of three or less. Similarly, the Titans aren’t often favored (just 10 times over the last three seasons). They are 4-6-1 ATS in those games but 7-4 straight up.
The Seahawks avoided a 0-2 start with a narrow 12-9 win over the San Francisco 49ers in Week 2. The Seattle offense delivered another underwhelming performance and have been held to just one touchdown through their first eight quarters of the season. That touchdown was enough to squeeze past San Francisco at home but Seattle will have a much tougher time on the road against Tennessee in Week 3. Rookie runner Chris Carson led all Seattle running backs in touches with 20 carries for 93 yards last week. There is a good chance he gets another heavy workload as Seattle attempts to take some of the pressure off of Wilson and the passing game.
Meanwhile, the Legion of Boom has looked reinvigorated through the first two weeks of the season. The Seahawks defense will need to make some big plays in order to keep the Titans from pulling away in this one at home.
The Titans offense was held to just two field goals through the first half of its Week 2 meeting with Jacksonville. However, they came alive in the second half with 17 points in the third quarter on the way to a 37-9 win. An injury to DeMarco Murray opened the door for Derrick Henry to deliver a monster performance as he rushed for 92 yards and a touchdown against the Jaguars. Henry will be heavily leaned on against the Seattle defense this week.
Meanwhile, the Tennessee defense bounced back from an inconsistent Week 1 loss to the Oakland Raiders with a much stronger performance versus Jacksonville. Dick LeBeau’s defense will need to pick up from where they left off with another strong outing this week in order to keep the Seahawks offense from gaining any momentum in Week 3.
