Don't know where to start with your Super Bowl betting? You've come to the right place. Here's everything you need to know about Super Bowl betting.

In North American sport, there’s no bigger betting event than the annual NFL championship game. The 2018 Super Bowl saw nearly $160 million wagered in Las Vegas alone and some estimates figured online and casino bets combined worked out to about $4.7 billion. So, there’s no shortage of opportunities to get some cash down before Super Bowl 53 kicks off on Feb. 3 from Atlanta. Here’s what you need to know.

Super Bowl Point Spread

The Los Angeles Rams opened as 1-point favourites on this year’s Super Bowl odds page, but a major surge of action on the New England Patriots flipped that line in a matter of minutes. The Patriots went to 1-point favourites initially before moving all the way up to 2.5-point favourites. That means that if you’re betting on the Patriots to cover the point spread, they need to win by at least three points for you to cash your bet. If you like the Rams, they would need to win outright or lose by fewer than three points for your wager to pay out.

2019 Super Bowl Moneyline

If you just want to bet on which team will win Super Bowl LIII the Patriots are set at -135, while the Rams are at +115. That means you’d need to risk $135 to win $100 on a New England bet, while a $100 Rams wager would return $115 if they score an upset victory.

Bet the Super Bowl LIII Total

Betting on the total of combined points scored in the Super Bowl is another popular betting option. The total or over/under is set at 58 points for Super Bowl LIII, which is the highest total we’ve ever seen for the NFL championship game. The previous high was a 57-point total set for Super Bowl 51. You can bet the total on the Super Bowl betting odds page.
