Oklahoma City were one of the biggest disappointments in the Association after the first two months of the campaign, but things are looking a bit better in the win/loss columns for OKC.

The Oklahoma City Thunder’s history is packed with star power and league MVPs on their roster but the Raptors have a history of leaving OKC with a cover. Will the trend continue on Wednesday

NBA Point Spread and Betting Analysis

The Thunder opened as 4-point favourites with the total set at 209 on the Sports Interaction NBA odds board.

Oklahoma City won and covered at home on Christmas Day against the Houston Rockets and improved to 19-15 straight up and 13-21 against the spread. It was the Thunder’s fifth straight victory and their seventh in their last 10 games. The over is 13-21 in OKC’s 34 games this season.

Toronto lost on Tuesday night in Dallas despite being tagged as a 6-point favourite. The Raptors were held under 100 points for only the sixth time this campaign and the under is now 17-15 in their 32 games. The Dinos are still 23-9 SU and 19-13 ATS on the year.

Oklahoma City has failed to cover the spread the last four times it’s hosted the Raptors. Toronto is 6-2 ATS in its last eight games overall against OKC.

About 52 percent of Sports Interaction customers are backing the Raptors to cover as 4-point road underdogs and 91 percent like the game to go over the 209-point total. The Thunder opened as 4-point favourites with the total set at 209 on the Sports Interaction NBA odds board.

Toronto Raptors

Toronto’s starting lineup shot a collective 18 of 59 (30.5 percent) from the field against the Mavericks on Tuesday night. Raptors leading scorer and newly crowned Eastern Conference Player of the Week DeMar DeRozan was held to single digits in points for just the second time this season.

The Raptors are 3-1 straight up and against the spread playing on the second night of a back-to-back set.

Oklahoma City Thunder

The Thunder are on a five-game win streak and 11-3 straight up in the month of December. The bad news, from a betting perspective, is that it hasn’t led to many covers. The Thunder only recently snapped a nine-game ATS losing streak and have just five ATS wins in their last 17 games.

Russell Westbrook remains the alpha in OKC even after the additions of Paul George and Carmelo Anthony. Westbrook leads his team in scoring (23.9 ppg), assists (9.9 apg) and rebounds (9.4 rpg).
