Two Canadian media outlets have been given broadcast rights to the tournament. Both CTV and their focused sports channel TSN will be showing the matches, and CTV-owned RDS will stream the event in French.

How to Watch the 2022 World Cup on TV in Canada?

Because every single match of the tournament will be available on one of the five TSN channels, any cable provider that carries TSN will have the games available for viewing. That includes: Rogers, Shaw, Bell, Cogeco, Vidéotron and more.

For French speakers, if your cable provider is Vidéotron, Bell, Telus, SunWire, TekSavvy or Cogeco, that means that you’ll have access to the french RDS coverage for all games.

One of the most handy things about having access to your cable through mobile apps and websites is that you can watch the World Cup games from wherever you are! How to Stream the World Cup in Canada Online?

For soccer fans who don’t have cable, there are still options for you to be able to stream the games legally! The 2022 World Cup will be made available through TSN’s subscription service called TSN Direct, which you can subscribe to here: TSN Direct

TSN Direct will allow you to choose from a few options:

A monthly pass: Your best bet if you only want temporary access to watch the World Cup, this package is $19.99 and gives you access for a full month from the date you subscribe. It will auto-renew though, so set a reminder if you want to cancel after the month!

TSN Direct also has four-month pass which is $49.96 + and is great if you want to watch a full regular season of your favorite sport.
