Team England

It’s England’s 16^th World Cup and it won in 1966. The Three Lions, coached by Gareth Southgate, are the highest-ranked team in the group at No. 5 in the world and reached the semifinals of the 2018 World Cup in Russia but lost 2-1 in extra time to Croatia. Team Iran

Iran is ranked 20^th in the world makes its sixth World Cup appearance and third in a row (haven’t advanced out of group stage in any of the previous five) under Coach Carlos Queiroz, the former Portugal boss. This is one of the strongest teams in Asia and has a few players competing across Europe’s top leagues, including Porto’s Mehdi Taremi and Bayer Leverkusen’s Sardar Azmoun (although he’s banged up) in attack. Taremi is the star with 18 goals in 16 matches across all competitions this season so far. He is +440 to be an anytime goalscorer in this one. In qualification, Iran won Group A by two points over South Korea. The Iranians lost their final World Cup warm-up 2-0 vs. Tunisia on Wednesday.
