The club has surrendered just nine total goal during that stretch, flipping the script after allowing four or more goals eight times over their 1-13-1 start.
The Coyotes’ rebound has coincided with the arrival of goaltender Scott Wedgewood, whom the team plucked off waivers from the New Jersey Devils three weeks ago. Expected to get the call in Wednesday’s contest, Wedgewood has backstopped Arizona to three of their four wins since his arrival, and given up just 11 total goals through his first six appearances with the club.
