Raiders vs. Rams Point Spread: NFL Week 14 Odds, Prediction
The Raiders are 6-point favourites on the NFL odds.
NFL Point Spread and Betting Analysis

The Raiders and Rams are two of the most disappointing teams in the league after both making the playoffs last year – although the Silver & Black are now playing better. Las Vegas was supposed to be a lot better with a presumed coaching upgrade in Josh McDaniels and a trade for arguably the NFL’s best receiver in Davante Adams. He has been excellent as has running back Josh Jacobs but not much else has gone right until recently.
The Rams won the Super Bowl on their home field last February but are going to join an infamous group of teams to win it all one season and miss the playoffs the next. Injuries haven’t helped, but Los Angeles wasn’t playing that well – especially quarterback Matthew Stafford – when largely healthy.
Los Angeles has won the past two in the series, most recently 33-13 in the 2018 season opener when the Raiders were still in Oakland. Jared Goff was still the Rams’ QB then. Derek Carr wasn’t good with three picks for the Raiders. That was Jon Gruden’s first game back as Raiders coach.
The Rams are 5-0 against the spread in the past five meetings. The under is 4-1 in those five.
Las Vegas Raiders
The Raiders won their third in a row Sunday, 27-20 over the Chargers. Derek Carr threw for 250 yards and two scores, both to Davante Adams (his teammate at Fresno State), who had eight catches for 177 yards. Adams now has 85 career touchdown catches, moving past Calvin Johnson for fifth most for a receiver in his first nine seasons. NFL rushing leader Josh Jacobs had 144 yards and a touchdown on the ground. The Raiders are 5-1 this season when he has at least 100 yards rushing, and his 1,303 yards are the most in franchise history through 12 games. Pass-rusher Chandler Jones had largely been a free-agent bust but had three sacks. Las Vegas is 4-1 ATS in its past five after an ATS win.
Los Angeles Rams
The defending Super Bowl Rams are just utter garbage right now, losing a sixth straight game Sunday, 27-23 vs. Seattle. Star defensive tackle Aaron Donald was out with a high ankle sprain, missing the first game of his NFL career due to injury. Not clear if he will play here. It’s not like the Rams can tank because their first-round pick in the 2023 draft goes to Detroit. John Wolford passed for 178 yards with no touchdowns and two interceptions for the Rams, who are ensured their first losing season in Coach Sean McVay’s six-year tenure. Wolford should continue to start with Matthew Stafford’s season likely over. The Rams are 2-6 ATS in their past eight at home.
