Raiders vs. Eagles Point Spread: NFL Week 15 Odds, Prediction

The Philadelphia Eagles can only hope that a date with the lowly Las Vegas Raiders is just what the doctor ordered to cure their ailments. These two reeling teams will square off in Week 15 of the NFL season on Sunday afternoon in Philadelphia. Las Vegas is 2-11, while Philadelphia has lost three games in a row but still registers a respectable 8-4 record.

The all-time head-to-head series is dead even at 7-7. Philadelphia has won two of the last three encounters dating back to 2013 but most recently lost 33-22 at Las Vegas in October of 2022.

The Eagles are heavy 11.5-point favourites to win on the NFL odds, with the total set at 38.0.

NFL Point Spread and Betting Analysis

The Raiders are 1-3 against the spread in their last four games and 1-4 ATS in their last five on the road. The Eagles are 0-3 ATS in their last three overall and 1-3 ATS in the last four head-to-head matchups. As for the over/under, the under is 3-1 in Las Vegas’ last four road contests and 5-0 in Philadelphia’s last five overall.

In addition to the more traditional lines, the first-quarter spread is -2.5 in Philadelphia’s favour and the first-half spread is -6.5. The first-quarter over/under is 7.5; the first-half over/under is 19.5.

Las Vegas Raiders

The Raiders’ offence has been absolutely atrocious in 2025. They score the fewest points in the entire NFL at 15.1 ppg, and they are second-to-last in total yards at 257.2 per contest. Quarterback Geno Smith has struggled all season long, with almost as many interceptions (14) as touchdown passes (16). Smith has been especially anemic of late, throwing for only 165 and 116 yards in the past two outings. The West Virginia product is questionable for Sunday after sustaining a shoulder injury in the third quarter of last weekend’s 24-17 home loss to Denver.

There are really just two bright spots on Las Vegas’ roster, one on offence (tight end Brock Bowers) and one on defence (edge rusher Maxx Crosby). Bowers has 619 receiving yards and six touchdowns; Crosby has nine sacks, 25 tackles for loss, two forced fumbles and one interception.

Philadelphia Eagles

You can take a quick glance at the Eagles’ recent scores and have no trouble identifying the main problem with which this team is dealing. Their offence is simply in shambles. Since its Week 9 bye, Philadelphia has scored 10, 16, 21, 15 and 19 points in five games. Quarterback Jalen Hurts turned the ball over a ridiculous five times – including twice on one play! — during Monday’s 22-19 loss at the Chargers, and his fourth interception of the night ended the game in overtime.

Running back Saquon Barkley may have gotten back on track with 122 yards and a touchdown in Week 14, but one thing Las Vegas does well is stop the run. It allows a modest 113.9 yards per game on the ground while limiting opponents fifth-fewest yards per carry (3.9). Barkley’s performance could be the x-factor in Sunday’s showdown.

NFL Prediction: Who Will Win Raiders vs. Eagles?

Philly is a decent 4-2 at Lincoln Financial Field this year; Las Vegas is 1-5 on the road. Regardless of Smith’s status, asking the Raiders to pull off a huge upset is probably unrealistic. The Eagles will almost certainly win, but the Raiders – as bad as they are – may be able to cover since a double-digit spread is massive for a matchup that could be low-scoring with both offences in poor form. Let’s go with the Eagles to prevail 23-14.
