Minnesota Vikings at Pittsburgh Steelers

This is the first of two international games for the Vikings, who face the Steelers this week in Dublin, Ireland before taking on the Browns next week in London, England.

I’ll take the points and Pittsburgh this week. Aaron Rodgers has had a solid run early in his tenure with the Steelers, connecting on multiple touchdown passes in two of three games

And while Minnesota beat up on the beleaguered Bengals last week, they also barely survived a bad Bears team a few weeks ago.

Give me Rodgers over Carson Wentz in a head-to-head battle any day.

Pick: Steelers +2.5

Philadelphia Eagles at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

It’s a battle of unbeatens on Sunday afternoon as the defending Super Bowl champion Eagles visit the Buccaneers.

Philadelphia survived a scare against the Rams last week, rallying to come back from a 26-7 third quarter deficit. Jalen Hurts has been a bit of an anomaly without a touchdown pass in the first two games of the season and Saquon Barkley is below the dominating rushing pace he was at last year, but the Birds have been balanced enough to keep winning.

The Bucs suffered a tough break last week with the loss of Mike Evans, who joins fellow receiver Chris Godwin on the injured list.

However, Baker Mayfield continues to impress and the team boasts a top-10 rushing defence. That should be enough to slow down Barkley and Hurts enough to keep this game within a field goal.

Pick: Buccaneers +3.5

Baltimore Ravens at Kansas City Chiefs

You wouldn’t have believed it before the season, but one of these teams will drop to 1-3 after they meet at Arrowhead on Sunday.

The Ravens were absolutely manhandled by Detroit last week and Derrick Henry just doesn’t look like himself with three fumbles in three weeks, two of which directly led to losing the game.

The Chiefs also haven’t looked like themselves this season. Travis Kelce looks done, Xavier Worthy is out for at least a few more weeks and Rashee Rice will only be halfway through his suspension when this game is over.

I’ll admit to my cowardice at picking the spread in this game because these are incredibly talented teams playing well below their standard.

What I do know, however, is between the two of them they have played the Over in four of six games this season as well as the one time they met last year.

Pick: Total Over 48.5

Green Bay Packers at Dallas Cowboys

It’s the Micah Parsons revenge game in Dallas this week and Jerry Jones will be shaking in his boots.

Green Bay should come into this game highly motivated as they look to bounce back from a surprise loss in Cleveland last week and they’ll want to head into their Week 5 bye on a high note. And who doesn’t think Parsons will go beast mode to stick it to his former team?

Meanwhile, Dallas is just a bad team. They’re coming off a blowout loss to Chicago and they have one of the worst defence’s in the NFL.

Sprinkle some money on the Over for Jordan Love’s passing props this week because he’s going to torch the ‘Boys in primetime.

Pick: Packers -7
