Arizona is not going to solve a stout San Francisco defence with a one-dimensional offence. Head coach Mike LaFleur’s squad will have to feature a nice mix of passing and running.
On the ground, the Cardinals boast a pair of capable running backs in Jeremiyah Love and Tyler Allgeier. Both guys have already carried at least 20 times this season.
It’s also worth noting that Brissett attempted just 28 passes last week even though his team was playing from behind throughout the second half against Seattle.

George Kittle – Anytime touchdown scorer (+190)
Arizona’s pass defence has underwhelmed so far, conceding four touchdowns through the air and an average of 8.4 yards per attempt.
George Kittle should be able to capitalize – as he often does in this particular matchup. The veteran tight end has scored three touchdowns in his last three games against the Cardinals.
At relatively long odds, Kittle has great value to reach pay-dirt on Sunday afternoon.
Arizona Cardinals
Wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr., the No. 4 overall pick in 2024, is coming off an injury-plagued 2025 campaign. To say that worrying signs have continued this season would be an understatement. Despite being healthy, Harrison has made only one catch through two games.
An additional concern on offence is that centre Hjalte Froholdt is questionable with an undisclosed injury. On the other side of the ball, defensive backs Garrett Williams and Max Melton are questionable along with defensive tackle Roy Lopez.

What a difference a clean bill of health makes for the 49ers’ defence. DE Nick Bosa and LB Fred Warner are back on the field this season and their team registers at No. 3 in the NFL in scoring defence (10.0 points per game allowed) and No. 10 in total defence (287.0 yards per game allowed).
Offensively, Kittle played a big role against Miami last week (four receptions for 80 yards and one touchdown) and should do the same on Sunday. WR Mike Evans (hip) is questionable and fellow WR Demarcus Robinson (ankle) is out, so QB Brock Purdy will likely target Kittle early and often.
