2025 NFL Week 5 TNF 49ers at Rams Parlay: Player props and fantasy picks
We’ve got a great divisional matchup to kick off Week 5 in the NFL, with the NFC West’s Los Angeles Rams hosting the San Francisco 49ers.

In this week’s Thursday Night Football parlay piece, I’m targeting an offensive weapon on each team in 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey and Rams receiver Puka Nacua.
Here’s what I have for a parlay priced at +600:
- McCaffrey anytime TD
- McCaffrey Over 58.5 rushing yards
- Nacua anytime TD
- Nacua Over 95.5 receiving yards

Christian McCaffrey anytime TD and Over 58.5 rushing yards
I’m targeting Christian McCaffrey this week because of his usage and his importance to the 49ers’ offence. He’s averaging 17 carries for 56 rushing yards per game to go along with eight receptions for 76 yards receiving yards per game.
McCaffrey should cook in a prime-time matchup against against a division rival. It also helps that he averages over 100 rushing yards per game in his career against the Rams and he has four TDs in four matchups.
Puka Nacua anytime TD and Over 98.5 receiving yards
Puka Nacua has been an absolute beast for the Rams this season. He leads the league with 503 receiving yards, 101 more than the next closest player, and he’s topped 100 yards in the air in three of four games.
It’s a little worrying that Nacua didn’t get his first touchdown catch until last week, but he continues to get more targets every game, so I think the opportunities will be there for him to score.
