2025 NFL Odds: Three must-watch Week 14 games

I’m not just hyping it up when I say this has been one of the more unpredictable NFL seasons in recent memory, I truly believe it. Every week a Super Bowl contender seems to suffer an upset loss and no team truly stands out as the best in football.

With all that in mind, I’m circling three key Week 14 games that are must-watch when it comes to the playoff picture.

Cincinnati Bengals at Buffalo Bills

The 4-8 Bengals are heavy +950 underdogs to make the playoffs, but they have Joe Burrow back under centre and they’re coming off an impressive win in Baltimore as they prepare to face 8-4 Buffalo in Week 14.

Cincinnati also has an outside shot at winning the AFC North at +900, trailing Baltimore and Pittsburgh, who are each 6-6. The Bengals have the easiest remaining schedule of AFC North teams and another huge divisional game against the Ravens in two weeks could be the difference between making the playoffs and missing out.

However, the Bills are sitting as six-point favourites to win this week and Cincinnati has to run the table to finish 9-8 and have a real shot at the division. Everything is must-win from the Bengals from here.

The Bills are heavy -2000 favourites to make the playoffs, but they likely won’t catch 11-2 New England in the division. That makes this week a potential trap-game against a desperate Cinci squad.

Indianapolis Colts at Jacksonville Jaguars

The Colts enter Week 14 as slim 1.5-point favourites over Jacksonville as the two 8-4 teams battle for first place in the AFC South.

Outside of the already eliminated Titans, the AFC South is one of the tighter divisions between the Colts, Jaguars and 7-5 Texans. It’s basically a tossup between Indy (+140) and Jacksonville (+150) to win the division, but Houston is also attractive at +300.

The two head-to-heads between the Colts and Jaguars in December are massive in determining the AFC South. Indianapolis could be in trouble as they have the toughest remaining schedule in the NFL and quarterback Daniel Jones is playing with a broken fibula.

Philadelphia Eagles at Los Angeles Chargers

Week 14 concludes with two 8-4 teams as the Los Angeles Chargers host the wildly unpredictable Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles.

L.A. is in a similar spot as the Colts as they have the third-hardest remaining schedule and quarterback Justin Herbert is playing through a broken hand. As of Tuesday, Herbert’s status is unclear, but the Chargers will need him if they want to make it through the Eagles, Chiefs, Cowboys and Broncos to close out their schedule.
