Julius Randle completed the high scoring trio with 22 points. Doncic tied the game late, but Minnesota managed to pull away, outscoring the Lakers 13-1 over the final 4:37. One of the stories of Game 3 was McDaniels’ strong perimeter defence. McDaniels largely kept Luka in check, which is essential if the Wolves want to win this series.
