UFC Houston MMA predictions: Serghei Spivac vs. Ante Delija odds
UFC Fight Night 267 takes place this Saturday, February 21, at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas, and will feature 14 fights between the Preliminary and Main Card.
The Main Card will consist of six fights, including a fight in the Heavyweight division between the seventh-ranked Serghei Spivac and the ninth-ranked Ante Delija.
There is plenty on the line in the Main Card with Spivac looking to end a run of bad form and Delija looking for a signature win in his third UFC fight.
Serghei Spivac vs. Ante Delija UFC Odds
The current UFC betting odds would suggest that not much is separating Spivac and Delija. Delija enters as -146 favourite, while Spivac is a small underdog at +114.
Backing the fight to end inside the distance has odds of -320, while backing the fight to go the distance would give you odds of +230.
If you wish to bet on a winner by any finish, you can get Delija to win by KO/TKO or submission at odds of +100, while backing Spivac to win by any finish is available at +220.
Serghei Spivac UFC stats
Spivac enters this fight with an MMA record of 17-6 and is 8-6 in the UFC. He most recently lost to Waldo Cortes-Acosta by unanimous decision back in June 2025. Spivac has been in the UFC for a long time now and has always been a balanced fighter. He is averaging 3.45 significant strikes per minute and has a striking accuracy of 48%.
This can be compared to his grappling, in which he averages 4.21 takedowns every 15 minutes. To further showcase his strong grappling ability, Spivac has a takedown accuracy of 62% and a takedown defence of 63%.
Ante Delija UFC stats
Delija enters this fight with an MMA record of 26-7 and is 1-1 in the UFC. His most recent fight in the UFC resulted in a loss to Waldo Cortes-Acosta by KO/TKO back in November 2025.
Delija is too early in his UFC career to truly know his fighting style. However, through two fights in the octagon, Delija has only shown his striking ability. He is averaging 4.85 significant strikes per minute and has an accuracy of 45%.
As for his grappling, Delija has not yet shown the ability to land a takedown, nor has he needed to defend a takedown either.
UFC Prediction: Who Will Win Spivac vs. Delija?
For this fight, I will be looking for it to end by KO/TKO. While Delija has not been in the UFC long, both of his UFC fights have ended by KO/TKO. As for Spivac, he has seen six of his last 10 UFC fights end by KO/TKO.
There is a chance that Spivac could look to grapple, as Delija has not had to deal with this in the UFC. That being said, Spivac has only seen three UFC fights end by submission. For that reason, backing this fight to end by KO/TKO is my best bet at -165 odds.
