Movsar Evloev
Evloev enters this fight with a perfect 19-0 MMA record and is 9-0 in the UFC. He extended his win streak in his most recent UFC fight, beating Aljamain Sterling by unanimous decision back in December 2024.

Lerone Murphy
While Evloev has been excellent, Murphy has arguably been just as good, entering this bout with an MMA record of 17-0-1 and is 9-0-1 in the UFC. His most recent fight in the UFC resulted in a win by KO/TKO against Aaron Pico back in August 2025. Similar to Evloev, a lot of Murphy’s UFC success has come from the fact that he also employs a balanced fighting style. Murphy is averaging 4.48 significant strikes per minute and has a striking accuracy of 53%.
In terms of his grappling, he is averaging 1.41 takedowns every 15 minutes, has a takedown accuracy of 54%, and a takedown defence of 51%.

With Evloev set as the heavy favourite, I will instead be looking for him to win by decision. Evloev has won the majority of his MMA fights by decision, with 12 of his 19 career wins coming by this method. This includes all nine of his UFC wins.
While Murphy has never lost in his MMA career, he lacks the same grappling ability that Evloev has shown.
Evloev is lacking in terms of his striking volume compared to Murphy, but with grappling being his preferred method of fighting, backing Evloev to win by decision (-115) is my play.
