The Saskatchewan Roughriders look to keep pace with the division-leading Edmonton Elks in the race for first place in the CFL West when they visit the Winnipeg Blue Bombers on Saturday afternoon in CFL Week 15 betting action at Princess Auto Stadium. The Riders are coming off a 32-26 home victory over the Bombers last weekend in Regina to establish their first two-game win streak since early August and leave them just two points back of the Elks in the heat CFL West divisional race. With last week’s defeat, the Blue Bombers have now lost four of their past six contests, leaving them deadlocked with BC for third place in the West, just two points up on last-place Calgary. However, the Bombers have emerged victorious in each of their last two home dates.

Saturday afternoon’s date marks the second and final meeting of the season between these long-time Western rivals. Saskatchewan has taken three of four from the Blue Bombers, with each of those games getting settled by a single score. However, the Bombers have dominated the defending Grey Cup champions on home turd, winning four of five including a pair of dominating victories by double-digit margins. In addition, recent clashes between thee squads in Winnipeg have been low scoring, with the UNDER going 3-1 in CFL totals betting over their past four. The Roughriders have won outright in six of their past eight contests to improve to 8-4-0 SU on the season.
However, they have also emerged as a betting disappointment, covering the spread in just four of their past 10, and are winless ATS in four straight on the road. While the Bombers have struggled to win with consistency, they have found some at the sportsbook during a 3-1 ATS run and are 2-1 ATS in their past three as home dogs.

Trevor Harris threw for 362 yards and one TD, and has now found the endzone at least once in every game this season, and also avoid tossing an interception for a second straight game after getting picked off in each of his eight outings and 11 times in total.
Dhel Duncan-Busby took care of business downfield, producing a season-high 148 receiving yards, and has now recorded five total catches of 30+ yards over the past three games, while backup pickup Tommy Stevens scored three rushing touchdowns. However, the Riders have managed to keep their fans on the edge of their seats. Prior to allowing the Bombers to come back and force overtime last weekend, the squad needed a fourth-quarter rally over their own to escape with a 28-24 win over Toronto.
Winnipeg Blue Bombers
While the Bombers have struggled to stay in the playoff hunt, one trend does favour them. The team has claimed victory in nine of their past 12 when playing in an immediate rematch. However, this squad needs to make some adjustments if they are to extend that trend. Zach Collaros completed 27 of a season-high 40 pass attempts last week for 279 yards and two TDs and has now averaged 301.5 passing yards to go along with four scores over the past two weeks. Indeed, Collaros made excellent use of his entire complement of receivers, led by Tim White, who caught seven of 11 targets for 63 yards. However, the Bombers must find a way to spark running back Brady Oliveira, who was limited to just 28 rushing yards on just nine carries after running for a combined 224 yards over his previous two appearances.
