RedBlacks vs. Argonauts Prediction: CFL Week 15 Point Spread, Odds
A clash of CFL East rivals kicks off a quadruple-header of CFL Week 15 betting action on Saturday afternoon, as the Toronto Argonauts play host to the winless Ottawa RedBlacks at BMO Field.
The Argos aim to strengthen their grasp on second place in the division after rolling to a decisive 37-22 win in Hamilton on Labour Day, and are also undefeated in two home dates this season.
Conversely, the RedBlacks continue the search for their first win of the season after seeing their record dip to 0-11-0 with last week’s crushing 45-24 loss to BC, extending their overall losing streak to an epic 17 games.
The Argonauts have vaulted to 10.5-point road favourites on the CFL Week 15 odds. The RedBlacks are a distant +450 CFL moneyline bet to halt their freefall and the total is listed at 62.5.
CFL Odds and Betting
Saturday afternoon’s contest marks the second of three scheduled meetings between these squads this season. The Argos rolled to a dominating 44-24 victory when they visited the nation’s capital in June, and have claimed the victory in eight of their past 10 dates with Ottawa.
However, it was the RedBlacks who claimed a 46-42 win when they last visited Toronto in August 2025, which also marked their most recent road win.
Recent head-to-head dates have been high scoring, with the OVER going 9-1 in their past 10 clashes, and the Argonauts scoring 38+ points seven times over that stretch.
The Boatmen have also put up 33+ points in three of their past five outings, but have failed to tally consecutive wins since early August and have gone just 5-5 ATS in their past 10 overall.
Things have gone bad to worse for the RedBlacks during their historic swoon. Ottawa has surrendered an average of 37.5 points per fame during their brutal 0-11 start, and have seen six of their past seven defeats come by double-digit margins while scoring an average of just 20.7 points per game over that stretch.

What is there to say about the RedBlacks that has not already been said. Now in the final third of a lost season, the RedBlacks are attempting a massive overhaul of their lineup with the focus on next season.
However, the plan appears to be to stick with quarterback Jake Maier at least for now, with Ryan Dinwiddie suggesting rookie passer Bryson Barnes will see action at some point. Maier is coming off a respectable 291-yard, two-TD effort in their loss to the Lions two weeks ago and has connected for multiple scores in three of his past four outings.
However, this squad has been hurt by the absence of an effective backfield. The RedBlacks compiled a total of -3 rushing yards versus BC, and have recorded just two total scoring runs from their running backs so far this season.
Toronto Argonauts
The Argonauts manhandled the Tiger-Cats in their 37-22 Labour Day win to improve to 6-6-0 and extend their lead over Hamilton to four points in the battle for second place and quite possible the final playoff spot in the CFL East.
Chad Kelly threw for 319 yards and three touchdowns, while Damonte Coxie surpassed 1,000 receiving yards for the first time in his career. The Argos pivot has now tossed three scores in each of his past three appearances while averaging over 341 passing yards. But with one interception, Kelly has now tossed a pick in five straight outings, nine total over that stretch.
