Blue Bombers vs. Alouettes CFL East Division Final Betting Odds, Picks: Montreal -110 to win Grey Cup
The Montreal Alouettes look to punch their ticket to the Grey Cup for a second straight year when they host the Winnipeg Blue Bombers on Saturday afternoon in the CFL East final at Percival Molson Stadium.
The Alouettes enjoyed a bye last weekend on the strength of their first-place finish atop the CFL East standings, and have been simply dominant while compiling a perfect 9-0-0 SU record on home turf this season.
The Blue Bombers moved to within one victory of their sixth Grey Cup appearance in seven seasons with last week’s 25-22 upset victory over Toronto in the CFL East semi-final, and are also looking to make CFL history as the first crossover team to claim a Grey Cup berth, but face a massive challenge to avenge a crushing 37-10 defeat in Montreal last month.
The Alouettes return to action perched as 9.5-point home favourites on the CFL East Final odds. The Blue Bombers trail as distant +350 CFL moneyline underdogs and the total is listed at 58.5.

CFL Odds and Betting
While the Blue Bombers were humbled in last month’s visit to Montreal, they have enjoyed success in head-to-head action. The Bombers split their season series with the Als, tallying a 44-28 home victory in August and have claimed the win in four of six head-to-head meetings including wins at Percival Molson Stadium in 2024 and 2025. However, the Alouettes have won three of four all-time meetings with Winnipeg in the postseason including a crushing 42-33 loss in last year’s east semi-final and a 28-24 defeat in the 2023 Grey Cup.
The Bombers enter the weekend riding a two-game win streak, and have gone 6-3-0 SU in nine dates with CFL East opponents, but have won three in a row just once since June 2025, a midsummer run that featured wins over bottom feeders Hamilton and Ottawa. Not surprisingly, Winnipeg also lags as a +650 long shot on the Grey Cup odds.
Perched as -110 chalk on the Grey Cup futures board, the Alouettes have regularly run up the score during their perfect season at home, averaging 39.2 points per game and claiming victory by wide double-digit margins in five of their past six. The Alouettes have also been a reliable bet, covering the spread five times during their current 4-1-0 SU run, with those four wins coming by an average margin of 15.2 points.
Winnipeg Blue Bombers
Receiver Ontaria Wilson has been Winnipeg’s most productive receiving threat against Montreal this season, catching 14 passes for 223 yards and three touchdowns in their two meetings. Wilson also scored in Winnipeg’s Eastern Semi-Final victory over Toronto and has found the end zone in three consecutive games against Montreal, including last year’s playoff meeting.
However, Winnipeg’s quarterback situation is uncertain. Zach Collaros missed last weekend’s 25-22 victory over Toronto with a rib injury and was a limited participant in Wednesday’s practice. That uncertainty is significant considering Collaros connected for 324 yards and two touchdowns in Winnipeg’s 44-28 victory over Montreal earlier this season.
Dru Brown stepped in for the East semi-final, tossing for 206 yards and two touchdowns, but was also intercepted twice.
Montreal Alouettes
The Alouettes averaged 34.7 points and 420.9 yards of total offence per game during the regular season, while allowing just 19 sacks, the fewest in the league. Quarterback Davis Alexander has thrown five touchdowns with no picks in two meetings with Winnipeg this season while Tyson Philpot and Tyler Snead have combined for 518 receiving yards and four touchdowns against the Bombers.
However, concerns linger about Alexander’s lengthy layoff down the stretch. Alexander has not started since October 12, when he threw for 403 yards and five touchdowns in a 44-24 victory over Saskatchewan.
Dustin Crum started Montreal’s final two regular-season games, leaving Alexander nearly four weeks between starts. That extended rest has allowed several important players to recover from injuries, including Philpot and Snead, both of whom are nursing shoulder injuries.
