Atlanta has won three straight and five of six, and is scoring at a remarkable clip right now. The Dream have tallied more than 100 points in three straight games, including setting a new single-game franchise record in a 113-91 victory over the visiting Indiana Fever on Saturday.

Rhyne Howard scored a team-high 24 points, and Allisha Gray added 22 points as all five Atlanta starters finished in double figures.

Meanwhile, Marina Mabrey tied the WNBA single-game record with nine three-pointers and had a game-high 37 points as the Tempo defeated the host Connecticut Sun on Friday, 101-97, to halt a three-game losing streak.

Toronto Tempo vs. Atlanta Dream WNBA Odds and Betting Trends

The Dream are massive, 13.5-point favourites tonight at home, with a -1100 moneyline. Meanwhile, Toronto is at +200 on the WNBA odds

The over/under for this contest is 176.5. Atlanta has played to the Over in four straight and 5 of 6.

Toronto Tempo

The Tempo’s performance on Friday, even against the moribund Sun, was still important after learning that Brittney Sykes and Kiki Rice will miss extended time due to injuries.

Sykes, fifth in the league at 20.1 points per game, suffered a plantar fascia injury in a loss to the Fever on Tuesday. She is out indefinitely, as is rookie guard Kiki Rice, who is averaging 12.7 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 2.6 assists. She suffered a Grade 3 ankle sprain and has been out for nearly three weeks already.

A third starter, Nyara Sabally (12.4 ppg, team-leading 5.4 REB) has now missed four straight with a hamstring injury. Her status for Monday evening is unclear at this time.

Mabrey, who is now ninth in the league at 19.1 points per game, is making 39% of her 3-point shots. She was aided by Tami Fagbenle, who recently returned from an injury herself. She went 8-for-9 from the floor and had a season-high 19 points and nine rebounds in just her fifth game of the season.

Maria Conde had 19 points off the bench, Isabelle Harrison contributed 15 points, six rebounds, and five assists, and Julie Allemand grabbed nine rebounds.

Toronto will need those kinds of contributions from each of them while Sykes, Rice, and Sabally are sidelined. Shooting 56% (19-for-34) from beyond the arc will always help, as well.

Atlanta Dream

Atlanta is scoring at will right now. Naz Hillmon had 19 points and six rebounds, Angel Reese added 18 points and eight rebounds, and Jordin Canada had 12 points and a game-high 12 assists, against 0 turnovers, for the Dream on Saturday.

Canada is now fifth in the league with 6.7 assists per game, and she may be the quiet glue that’s making this offensive force stick right now. She also pairs with Howard as the league’s best pickpocketing duo. They are first and second in the league in steals, combining for five a game.

WNBA Prediction: Who will win Tempo vs. Dream?

That 13.5-point spread is a steep number, until you consider Toronto has lost twice in just more than a week by 22 or more points, including a 102-77 thrashing by this same Atlanta squad in Toronto eight days ago.

Toronto will manage without their starters, but the Tempo don’t have enough firepower to match up with Atlanta for four quarters.

Take the Dream, 105-82.
