Las Vegas Aces vs. Dallas Wings Prediction: WNBA Betting Odds
The Dallas Wings are 15-12 on the season and will be playing host at College Park Center at 8pm ET to the league-leading Las Vegas Aces, who are 24-3 on their season.
Although they’ve been nearly impossible to beat this season, the Aces fell to the New York Liberty in their most recent matchup, in what could only be called a rout.
Aces vs. Wings Betting Odds
The Aces are coming off of a shockingly massive loss to the Liberty, and will want to come out strong in this game in Dallas to get their season-long momentum back on track.
Las Vegas Aces
In the most startling upset of the 2023 season so far, the Las Vegas Aces fell to Sabrina Ionescu and the New York Liberty by a whopping 38 points in the 99-61 loss. That routing snapped the Vegas team’s eight-game win streak and gave them just their third loss of the year.
Ionescu was on fire, scoring 31 points, and getting six of New York’s 17 3-pointers in an incredible showing. The Liberty only let the Aces score nine points in a heavily uneven third quarter.
Jackie Young was the points leader for Vegas in that one, earning 15 points. A’ja Wilson was only able to score nine in the game. She’ll need to find her footing to help this team get back on track.
Dallas Wings
The Dallas Wings are coming into this matchup after a pair of losses to the Chicago Sky. The most recent was a 104-89 final score at home. Dallas is now 15-13 on the season and really needs a win in order to stay above the .500 mark. They could not have been given a more challenging opponent to get that win against.
Satou Sabally had a solid game against the Sky in that recent loss, scoring 23 points, 8 assists and five rebounds.
The Wings will need a monumental game from their leaders to take on the Aces, particularly from Arike Ogunbowale, who is the fourth highest scorer in WNBA this season, averaging 21.1 points per contest.
