How to Bet Week 11 of the 2025 NFL Season: Rams and Seahawks battling for NFC West lead
Week 11 of the 2025 NFL season is jam-packed, with the first regular season game ever played in Spain to a powerhouse battle for top spot in the NFC West.
Here’s everything you need to know to bet Week 11 of the 2025 NFL season.

TNF Jets at Patriots
The biggest spread of the week will be the Thursday nighter between the Patriots and Jets, which sees New England sitting as a massive 13-point favourite as of Wednesday afternoon. Keep an eye on this line as the number has moved significantly since opening at -10.5.
The red-hot Pats are riding a seven-game win streak, but this is way too big of number to take, especially in a short week.
The Jets gave up on the season at the trade deadline, but they’ve actually picked up their first two wins of the year since then. And they’ve generally avoided being blown out, with only two of their losses coming by more than 13 points.
I also wonder how these defences will impact the game. New York is much better at defending the pass, so the game plan for the Pats really relies on Drake Maye stepping up.
I would be surprised if New England doesn’t win this game, I just don’t see them covering this big of number.
Pick: Jets +13
Commanders at Dolphins (in Spain)
The NFL ends the 2025 international series with its first-ever trip to Spain, with the Dolphins opening as slim favourites over the Commanders. This is another line worth monitoring as it’s moved from -1.5 to -2.5 since Sunday.
These teams head to Europe coming off different sides of blowouts. Miami shocked the NFL with a win in Buffalo followed by some all-time trolling from head coach Mike McDaniel. Meanwhile, Washington dropped a fifth straight game in a bad loss against Detroit.
You have to feel for the Commanders right now, who are playing without quarterback Jayden Daniels and top receiver Terry McLaurin. Marcus Mariotta is a capable backup, but there’s a reason Washington is his fifth NFL team in 10 seasons.
I also don’t trust the Dolphins to generate much of an attack. Miami ranks in the bottom third of the NFL in total offence, passing offence and rushing offence, while playing at the sixth-slowest pace in the league.
Neither of these teams will make the playoffs, so it’s a coin flip. Just count on a low scoring contest.
Pick: Under 47.5
Seahawks at Rams
Top spot in the NFC West is up for grabs on Sunday afternoon in L.A., with the Rams and Seahawks both sitting at 7-2 and both riding four-game win streaks. The line has shifted up half a point to make L.A. a favourite by a field goal.
This is going to be a great quarterback duel. Matthew Stafford has torched defences for a league-high 25 passing TDs, while Sam Darnold leads the NFL with 9.9 yards per attempt.
If this spread had stayed at -2.5 I would have gone with L.A., but that extra half-point hook scares me with the potential of a late field goal. I’m staying with the Rams, but on the moneyline.
I’ll also take the Over. Both teams boast top five offences and this should be an absolute shootout with Stafford and Darnold slinging the pill.
Pick: Rams moneyline (-165), Over 48.5
SNF Lions at Eagles
Two powerhouse NFC divisional leaders cap off the Sunday slate of games. Philly is favoured by 2.5-points over the Lions, but the line has moved a full point, so grab the Eagles quick if you want to avoid the key number of -3.
These teams had very different paths to victory last week. Detroit crushed the Commanders 44-22, while Philadelphia rode to a 10-7 win over Green Bay in a surprising snooze-fest.
Despite the less than entertaining game last week, it’s ‘fly Eagles fly’ for me in Week 11. Philaldephia has proven they can find different ways to win and I think they’ll be able to exploit a banged up Lions secondary.
I’m also not sold on Detroit. The Lions had that big win in Washington, but they’ve also been handed decisive losses when they face top tier opponents this season, like Green Bay and Kansas City.
Pick: Eagles -2.5
MNF Cowboys at Raiders
Two teams looking to end short losing skids close out Week 11, with the Las Vegas Raiders hosting the Dallas Cowboys.
Both teams have been wildly disappointing this season, so I’ll target the total, which has inched up half a point to 50.5.
The Cowboys are an anomaly, simultaneously posting the fourth-best offence in the NFL, with the 31st ranked defence. Dallas scores a ton of points, but they also give up a ton of points as the Over has hit in five of their last six games.
The Raiders are bad on both sides of the ball, giving up 30 or more points in two of their last three games.
I don’t trust the Cowboys as a cover option on the road, but I certainly see this as a high scoring game.
Pick: Over 50.5
