The Red Wings arrive in Winnipeg with just one win in their past seven contests after dropping a 4-3 decision to Anaheim on Monday night, but remain just one point out of the Eastern Conference wild card picture heading into Wednesday’s action.
The Jets have climbed to -160 home favourites on the Wednesday NHL odds, and are listed at +150 on the puckline. The Red Wings are +135 underdogs and the total is pegged at 6.5.

After potting 11 total goals while posting wins in their two previous contests, the Jets struggled to get going against a spirited Habs squad that seized an early lead on Monday, and enjoyed the benefit of solid goaltending that frustrated Winnipeg shooters during a 15-shot third-period onslaught. Cole Perfetti provided the third-period marker that forced overtime, ending a six-game points drought, and has seen eight of 10 goals to date come on home ice. Laurent Brossoit will be looking to receive a little bit more goal support from his Jets teammates when he starts in the crease. Brossoit has stopped 72 of 75 shots over his past two starts, and allowed just two goals per game over his past two outings. But with Jets shooters tallying just five total goals over his past three starts, he has earned just one win over that stretch.
