Defenceman Carson Soucy scored against the Leafs, matching his career-high in goals at seven on the year.
Seattle will wrap up their five-game road trip Saturday afternoon in Montreal.
Ottawa Senators
The Senators special teams powered them back into the win column Tuesday night with a 4-1 win over the St. Louis Blues. Tim Stutzle opened the scoring with a powerplay marker, Josh Norris followed suit on the next man advantage and the Sens had a perfect night on special teams. The fun did not stop there for Stutzle and Norris, as they would both add a pair of assists for a three-point night.
Ottawa’s next game will be Saturday night, hosting the Chicago Blackhawks.
