With lots on the line, the Kings have emerged as slim -119 favourites on the Sunday NHL odds, while the Canucks lag as a -101 bet to earn their seventh win in nine home contests. The total is pegged at 6.5, with the odds of the OVER paying out inching to -115.

Sunday night’s matchup at Rogers Arena marks the third of four scheduled meetings between these Pacific Division rivals. While the Canucks fought back valiantly to force the extra frame in Tuesday’s 6-5 overtime loss to St. Louis, they managed to blow the lead on three occasions before finally losing to the Flames on Friday night.
The defeats put the brakes on an impressive 10-2-0 run that has enabled this team to salvage their dignity after a dismal start to the season. And while their luck has been tough, the offence has continued to produce, averaging 4.60 goals per game during their current 3-0-2 run. The club made the most of their limited opportunities while recording just 20 shots against the Flames. Four different Vancouver shooters found the back of the net on Friday. Quinn Hughes and Andrei Kuzmenko each scored twice against the Blues. Kuzmenko has now turned in multi-point performances in three of five games while Hughes has recorded multiple points in four of eight contests.
