Even being on the second game of a road back to back, Ottawa still played well, falling by a goal plus an empty netter.

Now, the Senators will have a little extra jump in their step, playing their first home game of the season. Last year, Ottawa was the 10th-best home team in the league, going 23-12-6 at the friendly confines. They will be excited to get back to strong home form tonight.

NHL Prediction: Who Will Win Flyers vs. Senators?

The Flyers obviously will not go 0-84. They will crack the win column at some point but they are a tough click tonight. Although there have been flashes, Philadelphia has not looked sharp on either side of the puck this season.

The Senators look to be the better team in better form early on this young season, and will have a little extra juice for this game, being their home opener. This has the makings of a 4-2 Senators home win.
