The Baltimore Ravens look to keep pace in the hotly contested race for the top of the AFC North when they host the winless Tennessee Titans on Sunday afternoon in NFL Week 4 betting action at M&T Bank Stadium.

The Ravens escaped Rio de Janeiro last week with a 34-31 victory over Dallas on the strength of a last-second field goal.

The Titans remain winless through three contests after dropping a 12-7 decision to the New York Giants, extending their overall straight up win streak to five games.

Titans vs. Ravens Kickoff, Weather, TV, Streaming Info

Kickoff is set for Sunday afternoon at 1 p.m. ET at M&T Bank Stadium.

Temperatures are forecast to hover around 17 degrees Celsius with light winds and a good chance of rain during the game.

NFL betting fans can catch the action on CBS, with selected CTV, TSN and RDS coverage in Canada and DAZN streaming the game nationwide.

NFL Betting Odds, Point Spread, Trends

The Ravens return home as 11.5-point home favourites on the NFL Week 4 odds. The Titans are pegged as a distant +525 bet on the NFL moneyline, while the total has dipped to 42.5 points.

Sunday’s matchup marks the first meeting between these squads since 2023. The Ravens have claimed victory in the past two head-to-head dates, both in Tennessee. But the Titans have claimed the win in three of four trips to Baltimore, capped by a 30-24 overtime win back in November 2020.

However, consistent success has eluded the Titans, who have lost 31 of 37 contests since the start of the 2024 NFL campaign. Tennessee has scored an average of just 12.3 points during its 0-3 SU start and has failed to cover in its past two outings as double-digit underdogs.

The Ravens have put up big point totals in their two wins to date, but have covered just once this season and sport a meagre 3-7 ATS record in their past 10 overall. Baltimore has also struggled on home turf at M&T Bank Stadium, losing four straight while scoring an average of 19.3 points per game.

NFL Player Odds and Props

Derrick Henry offers value on the NFL player props as a -115 bet to amass OVER 97.5 rushing yards, but it is important to note that number has climbed since opening at 95. Henry has been vintage while racking up 301 rushing yards and six touchdowns on 66 carries through three games, and with the Ravens favoured by double digits, there should be plenty of opportunity for him to record 20-plus touches against his former team.

Tony Pollard is a solid +165 bet on the anytime touchdown odds if Tennessee can reach scoring territory. Pollard returned to full practice Thursday after sitting Wednesday with a foot injury and should also see plenty of action.

Tennessee Titans

Cam Ward continues to show flashes but has struggled to consistent offence for a squad that has yet to score 20 points this season. The second-year pivot completed 23 of 36 passes for 181 yards and a touchdown against the Giants but threw an interception in the end zone during Tennessee’s final possession.

In addition to Pollard, Tyjae Spears returned to practice on a limited basis as he deals with an ankle injury. But the offensive line remains a concern. Fernando Carmona and Jackson Slater were both placed on injured reserve this week, leaving Tennessee shorthanded at right guard ahead of a difficult road matchup.

Baltimore Ravens

Lamar Jackson’s minor back issue now appears to be little more than a midweek concern. Jackson returned to full practice Thursday after being limited Wednesday, while the Ravens described the issue as something small.

Zay Flowers has been practicing fully after recording 84 receiving yards last week. That’s a significant improvement from the hamstring problems he endured that affected the squad’s preparation before the Dallas game.

The offensive line remains Baltimore’s main concern. Jovaughn Gwyn and Ethan Pocic are dealing with long-term injuries, while Ronnie Stanley remained limited Thursday because of his toe.
