Rams vs. Eagles NFL Betting Odds, Picks: Eagles’ ATS Skid Continues

Week 4 of the 2026-27 season has arrived, and the Philadelphia Eagles already have plenty of questions to answer. Philadelphia opened the season 2-0 with narrow wins over Washington (24-22) and Tennessee (24-20), but the cracks were showing, and they split wide open last Monday night in Chicago. The 38-year-old Bears’ third-stringer, Case Keenum, threw three touchdowns in a 27-7 win, as the Eagles managed just 248 total yards, turned the ball over three times, and failed to record a sack.

The Los Angeles Rams are 1-2 and might be even more frustrated. After a 27-7 home loss to San Francisco in the opener, they crushed the Giants 28-6, then blew a 16-0 halftime lead in Denver and lost 30-26 on Sunday Night Football. Now the Rams head east for a 10 a.m. Pacific kickoff, while the Eagles are on a short week after Monday night’s game.

NFL Betting Odds, Point Spread, Trends

The Rams opened as 2.5-point road favourites on the NFL odds board, and the Eagles’ Monday night dud pushed this line to a field goal. Los Angeles is now -3 (-108) with a -155 money line price, while Philadelphia sits at +130 as the home underdog. The total has gone the other way, dropping from 46 to 44.5, with the Over priced at -115 and the Under at -105.

Philadelphia has been a money-burner. The Eagles are 0-3 ATS this season and haven’t covered in five straight games dating back to last season, including January’s playoff loss to San Francisco. Los Angeles is just 1-2 ATS itself, but early money is on the Rams, who drew 61% of spread bets and 78% of the money early in the week. The Under is getting even more support at 72% of bets and 77% of the money, and with rain in the forecast, the total could keep falling.

NFL Player Odds and Props

Philadelphia Eagles

Saquon Barkley is still looking for his first touchdown of the season, with 174 rushing yards on 34 carries (5.1 yards per carry). A stinger limited him to four carries in Tennessee, but he ran for 82 yards on 15 carries in Chicago, 73 of them in the first half. His rushing total sits at 74.5, and his anytime TD odds are +105.

Los Angeles Rams

Davante Adams has carried the Rams’ passing game with Puka Nacua sidelined, piling up more than 330 receiving yards and two touchdowns over the last two weeks, including seven catches for 137 yards in Denver. Nacua’s return could cut into his targets, but Adams’ +120 anytime TD price is still worth a look against an Eagles defence that didn’t register a sack in Chicago.

Los Angeles Rams

Sunday night in Denver summed up the Rams’ season. Los Angeles out-gained the Broncos 482-257, but Matthew Stafford threw two interceptions, including a 66-yard Talanoa Hufanga pick-six; the Rams committed 13 penalties, and Bo Nix dove in from a yard out with 48 seconds left to win it. Stafford has thrown for 885 yards and six TDs, but his four interceptions are tied for the second-most in the league.

The defence is the bigger worry without star edge rusher Myles Garrett, who is on injured reserve after knee surgery. Aaron Donald (back) and CB Jaylen Watson (shoulder) also sat out Wednesday. The good news is on offence, where Sean McVay expects Nacua (hip/groin) to return after missing the last two games.

Philadelphia Eagles

Nick Sirianni’s team has been living on the edge. The Eagles held off a late two-point try to beat Washington, then needed Jalen Hurts’ touchdown pass to Darius Cooper with nine seconds left to win in Tennessee. Things fell apart in Chicago, where Hurts went 16-of-25 for 153 yards and an interception, and Philadelphia converted just 22% of its third downs. The seven points were the Eagles’ fewest in a game since 2021.

The injury report is piling up, too. Dallas Goedert (knee), DeVonta Smith (hamstring), Hollywood Brown (ankle) and LB Zack Baun (concussion) all missed Wednesday’s practice, and LG Landon Dickerson is on injured reserve. New OC Sean Mannion’s offence has also run the fewest play-action passes in the league.
