Rams vs. Cowboys Point Spread: NFL Week 4 Odds, Prediction
The Dallas Cowboys hit their stride in a 28-17 win over the Arizona Cardinals on Monday Night Football in Week 3. Now they return home with a focus on avoiding a letdown on a short week. The Los Angeles Rams should be well rested and focused after holding on for a 41-39 win over the San Francisco 49ers on Thursday Night Football. Considering the weapons on these two offenses there is a good chance this will be one of the higher scoring matchups of Week 4.

Point Spread And Betting Analysis
The Cowboys improved to 2-1 against the spread when they covered as three-point favorites in Arizona on Monday night. Meanwhile, the Rams beat the 49ers to improve to 2-1 straight up but fell to 1-2 against the spread following a two-point win over San Francisco. Dallas opened as a 7.5-point favorite against the Rams this week. Although it’s early in the week, 86% of the early bets have been on the Rams plus the points.

Los Angeles Rams
The Rams and 49ers flipped the script on what was expected to be a low-scoring game, boring game on Thursday Night Football. The two teams combined for 80 points in an absolute thriller. Jared Goff threw for 292 yards and two touchdowns as the NFL’s lowest scoring offense from a year ago continued to show its progress under head coach Sean McVay. Sammy Watkins and Robert Woods have been excellent in Los Angeles.
Running back Todd Gurley delivered another monster performance with 113 yards and two touchdowns. The Rams defense made several big plays in the wins but gave up 332 passing yards and 39 points to a 49ers offense that struggled in each of the first two weeks of the season. LA needs to be better on the defensive side of the football this week if they are going to keep up with Dallas on the road.
Dallas Cowboys
The Cowboys offense took a while to come around but once Dak Prescott started using his athleticism they were hard to stop. Prescott made several big plays on the run including a read-option score and a deep touchdown pass to Brice Butler. Prescott threw for 183 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for another 16 yards and a score.
Running back Ezekiel Elliott continued to face loaded fronts but managed 80 yards and a touchdown versus Arizona. The Cowboys rarely struggle when they can run the ball and the Rams run defense has been weak so far this season. They’re allowing 139 yards per game (29th in the NFL) while giving up a league-high six rushing touchdowns. Unless that changes, this could be an easy win for the Cowboys.
