Texans RB Nick Chubb back at practice but Questionable vs. Las Vegas Raiders

Houston Texans running back Nick Chubb is questionable for the Week 16 game against the Las Vegas Raiders due to a rib injury. Chubb was a limited participant in practice on Wednesday.

Chubb left Week 14’s game early with the rib issue and missed last week’s victory over Arizona entirely.

In 13 games during the 2025 season, Chubb has started 8 times, rushing for 472 yards on 115 attempts with three touchdowns. He has secured 12 receptions for 58 yards.

The NFL odds board has the Texans as big 14.5-point favourites against the Raiders.

The Houston Texans enter the matchup with a 9-5 record, following a 40-20 victory over the Arizona Cardinals in Week 15. The Las Vegas Raiders hold a 2-12 record and lost their previous game 31-0 to the Philadelphia Eagles.
