Jets vs. Patriots Point Spread: TNF Week 11 Odds, Prediction

The Patriots (8-2) defeated the Buccaneers, 28-23, to win their seventh straight and solidify their place atop the division, 1.5 games ahead of the Buffalo Bills. The Jets, meanwhile, have won two straight following a 0-7 start. This, despite trading away Sauce Gardner and Quinnen Williams at the deadline.

New England has dominated this series, winning 16 of the past 18 overall and 13 of 14 at Gillette Stadium. However, the Jets have won two of the past three meetings.

Thursday Night Football Point Spread and Betting Analysis

On the NFL odds board, New York is 5-4 against the spread this season, including 2-1 ATS as a road underdog. All three of the Jets’ road games have played to the Over. The Patriots are 7-3 against the spread, but they’re 2-2 ATS as home favourites.

New England rookie RB TreVeyon Henderson, on the strength of a career day against the Buccaneers, is listed at +380 to score the first touchdown Thursday night, and -175 to score anytime.

Despite being tied for the AFC lead at 8-2, the Patriots still have odds of +2000 to win the Super Bowl. However, coach Mike Vrabel is now the favourite at +120 to win the NFL Coach of the Year award, while Drake Maye (+300) is right behind Matthew Stafford to win the league’s MVP award.

New York Jets

The Jets became the first team in eight years to have a punt return and a kick return for a touchdown in the same game in their 27-20 victory over the Cleveland Browns on Sunday. Will McDonald IV tied the single-game franchise record with four sacks while Breece Hall had 125 total yards from scrimmage, including a critical 42-yard catch-and-run touchdown.

However, Justin Fields went just 6 for 11 for 54 yards passing. Hall had 82 yards rushing, but the Jets will face the league’s No. 1 rushing defence Thursday night. The Patriots are allowing just 79.2 yards on the ground and will force Fields to beat them through the air, a dubious prospect with leading receiver Garrett Wilson expected to be out with a knee sprain.

New England Patriots

The Patriots were without RB Rhamondre Stevenson and WR Kayshon Boutte against the Buccaneers. No matter, as Henderson rushed for 147 yards and two touchdowns, averaging 10.5 yards per carry.

Meanwhile, another rookie, Kyle Williams, had a 72-yard touchdown catch where he pulled away from Tampa’s secondary. Both rookies have blazing speed and are exciting, dynamic options in offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels’ rotation. Williams is getting up to speed, but Henderson appears ready to dominate right now.

Maye had a rough day for him in the rain against the Bucs, completing just 51.6% (16 for 31) of his passes, but he still threw for 270 yards and two scores. He is a viable MVP candidate right now.

NFL Prediction: Who Will Win Jets vs. Patriots?

New England shed a few doubters with the road win at Tampa last week, while the Jets, even with two straight victories, are still closer to the 2026 No. 1 draft pick than contention.

Thursday night games can often be unpredictable thanks to the short week of preparation, but this one seems pretty straightforward. Look for Maye and company to put this one away early in a 31-13 triumph.
