The struggling Philadelphia Eagles will be taking on the high-flying Green Bay Packers in this battle of NFC opponents. Each of these teams vary in a lot of different ways across both sides of the football, which should make this game a very interesting one in Lambeau.

NFL Week 13 Point Spread and Betting Analysis

The under is 4-0 in the Eagles last four matchups and 5-2 in their past seven games that they played on grass. Philadelphia is 6-2 against the spread (ATS) in its past eight games played in December but only 3-7 ATS in the last 10 games on grass. The Eagles are also 3-8 ATS in their past 11 games overall.

Meanwhile, the over is 4-1 in the Packers last five games overall and 8-2 in their last 10 games against NFC opponents. The Cheeseheads are 6-2 ATS in their last eight games against NFC opponents and 5-2 ATS in their last seven home games.

Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles have had a lot trouble piecing it together this year. Their offensive line has been decimated with injuries, which has resulted in the worst year of Carson Wentz’s career. He’s been sacked more than any other quarterback in the league. It has also hurt their rushing attack, as Miles Sanders and Co. struggle to find holes.

However, despite all of this they still remain in the fight for the NFC East title somehow. Their defensive line is among the best in the league with Fletcher Cox leading the charge. That has helped the passing defence rank sixth overall. Still, the Eagles are going to have a lot of trouble against this red-hot Packers if they are not able to put together a few long drives to keep them rested.

Green Bay Packers

Green Bay was able to demolish the Chicago Bears 41-25 on Sunday Night Football. Future Hall of Fame quarterback Aaron Rodgers was seemingly completing every pass as they scored on almost every drive they got. Their defence held Mitchell Trubisky and a flustered Bears offence in check all night. They get another favorable matchup this week against the struggling Eagles’ offence.

The Eagles are battered and bruised and they’ve been bad against any team with a winning record this season – especially on the road. As long as the Packers don’t shoot themselves in the foot here with turnovers, they should cruise to a win.
