Eagles vs. Chargers Point Spread: NFL Week 14 Odds, Prediction

The Eagles are -3 on the NFL odds with a total of 40.5.

NFL Point Spread and Betting Analysis

Anyone for an Eagles-Chargers Super Bowl 60 on Feb. 8, 2026, from Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif.? That exact matchup is priced +7000. Defending champion Philadelphia absolutely can get back there and is priced +500 to repeat as NFC champion. It has a bit of an advantage here coming off a mini-bye having played on Friday in Week 13.

The Chargers are on their way up under coach Jim Harbaugh but probably too banged up to be a serious AFC threat this season; they are priced +2000 to win the conference. Look out in 2026, however. Los Angeles’ top two running backs in Najee Harris and rookie Omarion Hampton are on injured reserve – although Hampton might return this week – as are the team’s two best offensive linemen in Rashawn Slater, who hasn’t played at all this year, and Joe Alt.

Harbaugh will have done a good job simply getting his team to the playoffs. The Bolts enter Week 14 sitting fifth in the AFC and holding the top Wild-Card spot. They are to -135 to reach the post-season after losing in Houston in the Wild-Card Round last post-season.

These clubs have never met in the playoffs with the Chargers leading the all-time series 8-5. They won the last one, 27-24, in Philadelphia in 2021. Both current starting QBs played that day with Justin Herbert throwing for 356 yards and two scores for the winners, and Jalen Hurts just 162 yards with a TD for Philly.

Philadelphia Eagles

Entering Week 12, the Eagles were playing terrific football and on a four-game winning streak. They had taken over as Super Bowl favourites. But then they blew a 21-0 point lead and lost in Dallas and then were shockingly manhandled at home last Friday by Chicago, 24-15. That may have cost Philly a stop at the NFC’s top seed and all of a sudden the NFC East title is no sure thing with just a one-game lead over surging Dallas in the loss column. The Bears ran for 281 yards, the most given up by the Eagles since 2015. QB Jalen Hurts entered with three total turnovers on the season but had an interception and lost fumble. Philly averaged only 15.5 points per game in November and there have been calls for coach Nick Sirianni to make a change, but he said afterward that he stands by his offensive coordinator and will not change playcallers. The Eagles ran only 51 total plays to 85 by the Bears. Saquon Barkley was largely forgotten again with 56 yards rushing, his ninth time this year held to 60 rushing yards or fewer. The under is 4-1 in the Eagles’ past five.

Los Angeles Chargers

The Chargers came out of their bye in Week 13 and took care of business in beating the awful Raiders, 31-14. Justin Herbert had two TD throws despite suffering what proved to be broken bone in his left (non-throwing) hand. Herbert had surgery Monday but is expected to be ready for this one. He was able to play through it Sunday, but it might affect how he hands off or if he can even line up under centre much. Herbert left the game for half a series before coming back in with a hard cast and a glove on his left hand. He also passed Dan Marino for third-most passing yards (23,935) in a QB’s first six seasons in NFL history. The Chargers outgained the Raiders 341-156. Tailback Kimani Vidal had fourth game this season with at least 100 scrimmage yards and a score after not having any prior to assuming more responsibilities in Week 6 due to injuries. Defensively, the Chargers have now allowed 14 points or fewer in three straight home games for the first time since 2017. The under is 7-2 in their past nine vs. the NFC.
