Bills vs. Cardinals Point Spread: NFL Week 10 Odds, Prediction

After a four-week swoon, the Buffalo Bills regained their mojo last week with a 44-34 win over the Seattle Seahawks2. They’re now at 7-2 for the first time since 1993.

This week, they’ll head down to Arizona to face off against the 5-3 Cardinals who are coming off a 34-31 loss to the Miami Dolphins. Will Josh Allen continue his MVP-caliber efforts or will Kyler Murray outduel him in this battle of promising quarterbacks?

NFL Week 10 Point Spread and Betting Analysis

The Bills are 7-1-1 against the spread (ATS) in their last nine games in November and 5-1 in their last six games after scoring more than 30 points in the game prior. The Cardinals are 7-3-1 ATS in their last 11 games overall and 11-5 ATS in their past 16 games after allowing more than 30 points in the game prior.

The Cardinals opened at -2.5 before dropping to -1.5 with more than 70 per cent of the early betting action coming in on the Bills.

Buffalo Bills

Buffalo was finally able to show the world that they are a force to be reckoned with, taking down the Seahawks and MVP frontrunner Russell Wilson. Allen had a fantastic day throwing the football, totaling 415 yards to go with three touchdowns and zero interceptions. He had to play at that level though as their rushing attack was pitiful once again. They rushed for 34 yards on 19 carries with a couple of running TDs. This Bills’ attack is currently ranked 12th in the league despite only averaging 100.3 rushing yards per game. If they want to beat the Cardinals, they will need to get a solid rushing attack going in order to give Allen more passing lanes to throw the ball.

Arizona Cardinals

Despite an all-around terrific offensive performance from Kyler Murray, the Cardinals were unable to get a win at home against the Dolphins last week. Murray threw for 283 yards and three touchdowns while adding on 106 rushing yards with a touchdown on the ground as well. Running back Chase Edmonds also took 25 carries for 70 yards in place of the injured Kenyan Drake. Their defence let them down as they allowed 34 points to the 28th ranked Dolphins offence. The Cards are averaging just over 29 points per game. However, their defence needs to improve drastically. This team has given up 68 points in their last two contests.
