2025 NFL Week 14 TNF: Dallas Cowboys vs. Detroit Lions same-game parlay
Week 14 of the 2025 NFL season kicks off in the Motor City, with the Detroit Lions hosting the Dallas Cowboys.
This week’s Thursday Night Football same-game parlay focuses on a high scoring game with two elite offences torching two subpar defences.
Here’s what I have for a five-leg parlay price at +425:
- Total Over 54.5 (-110)
- Jared Goff Over 1.5 passing TDs (-185)
- Dak Prescott Over 1.5 passing TDs (-200)
- Jahmyr Gibbs anytime TD (-250)
- CeeDee Lamb (anytime TD (+110)

Total Over 54.5
This is the highest total of the week, but I have no doubt that taking the Over is the play. The Cowboys boast the No. 1 ranked total offence and passing offence in the league and they rank third in scoring offence. Not far behind, is a Lions team that ranks third in total offence and scoring offence and seventh in passing offence.
This should be an absolute shootout as Dallas is a bottom-three defence in the NFL in almost every statistic, while Detroit sits middle-of-the-pack at best. This is a controlled environment inside a dome, so you can also take the weather out as a factor. Bank on big points.
Jared Goff Over 1.5 passing TDs
While Amon-Ra St. Brown likely won’t play, I still like Jared Goff to hit multiple TD passes this week. The Cowboys have allowed a league-high 28 passing TDs this season and Goff just torched Dallas for three passing TDs when they met last season.
Dak Prescott Over 1.5 passing TDs
Dak Prescott has been on a heater with multiple TD passes in three straight games. Prescott will have a healthy receiving group to target led by CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens and he’s thrown for multiple TDs in four of six career games versus Detroit.
Jahmyr Gibbs anytime TD
I like Jahmyr Gibbs for an anytime TD because he and David Montgomery will be leaned on heavily in the absence of Amon-Ra St. Brown. Gibbs should expose Dallas, which has the third-worst passing defence in the NFL and gives up the third-most passing yards to running backs.
CeeDee Lamb anytime TD
The Cowboys have a much stronger passing attack than rushing attack, so CeeDee Lamb should get a lot of looks. I’m banking on Lamb capitalizing against a Lions defence that ranks 30th in yards allowed per pass attempt over the last three games.
