1. Miami Dolphins

SU: 3-0

ATS: 3-0

Super Bowl Odds: +916

Last week’s ranking: 3

The Dolphins have rocketed to the top of our NFL betting rankings after crushing the hapless Denver Broncos 70-20 last week. With Tua Tagovailoa flashing MVP form, the Dolphins have emerged as legitimate contenders, but whether they hang on to top spot will depend on their performance in Week 4 versus Buffalo.

2. San Francisco 49ers

SU: 3-0

ATS: 2-1

Super Bowl Odds: +599

Last week’s ranking: 2

The 49ers made it look easy once again in last Thursday’s 30-12 rout of the New York Giants. This team has now put up 30 in each of their first three games, and came with a last-second field goal of having an unblemished 3-0 ATS record, but cannot afford to look past the surprising Arizona cardinals in Week 4.

3. Buffalo Bills

SU: 2-1

ATS: 2-1

Super Bowl Odds: +963

Last week’s ranking: 5

The Bills have put their surprising Week 1 loss to the New York Jets behind them by outscoring the Las Vegas Raiders and Washington Commanders by a combined score of 75-13 and have not allowed a touchdown in their past seven quarters of play.

4. Philadelphia Eagles

SU: 3-0

ATS: 2-0-1

Super Bowl Odds: +678

Last week’s ranking: 7

The Eagles silenced Baker Mayfield and the upstart Tampa Buccaneers with a smothering defensive performance in last week’s as 5.5-point chalk. Philadelphia has now seen six of their past seven wins come by at least five points, and with the exception of Miami late next month, they enjoy a steady upcoming diet of offensively challenged opponents.

5. Kansas City Chiefs

SU: 2-1

ATS: 2-1

Super Bowl Odds: +597

Last week’s ranking: 6

The Chiefs struggled to score during a middling 1-1 start. However, a visit from the hapless Chicago Bears proved to be a tonic for the defending Super Bowl champions, who rolled to an effortless 41-10 win last weekend.

6. Green Bay Packers

SU: 2-1

ATS: 3-0

Super Bowl Odds: +3686

Last week’s ranking: 9

Jordan Love followed in the tradition of past Packers greats by leading Green Bay to 18 unanswered points in the fourth quarter and an 18-17 win over New Orleans last weekend. However, it is the stout Packers defence, which slammed the door on the Saints after the half that will be key to this team maintaining a lofty position in the rankings.

7. Detroit Lions

SU: 2-1

ATS: 2-1

Super Bowl Odds: +2240

Last week’s ranking: 11

The Lions atoned for a slopping 37-31 overtime loss to Atlanta with a master class performance on both sides of the ball in last weekend’s 20-6 win over Atlanta. However, a growing list of injury concerns threatens to derail this team’s fast start.

8. Indianapolis Colts

SU: 2-1

ATS: 2-1

Super Bowl Odds: +10500

Last week’s ranking: 21

Not only have the Colts emerged as the surprise leaders in the AFC South standings, but they have also done so on the strength of a surprisingly effective offence led by Gardner Minshew. The Colts defence has also allowed just one TD outside of garbage time over the past two games.

9. Seattle Seahawks

SU: 2-1

ATS: 2-1

Super Bowl Odds: +4201

Last week’s ranking: 18

The Seahawks have run up the score while scoring 37 points in each of their past two games. However, this team has also struggled on defence, allowing 58 total points over the past two games. That includes last weekend’s 37-27 win over the Carolina Panthers, who were minus rookie pivot Bryce Young. Injuries are also a concern as this team prepares for a bye in Week 5.

10. Cleveland Browns

SU: 2-1

ATS: 2-1

Super Bowl Odds: +2266

Last week’s ranking: 16

Deshaun Watson finally showed up in last week’s 27-3 rout of the Tennessee Titans. The Browns offensive line must provide their star QB with more protection, and the supporting cast must step in the absence of Nick Chubb, as this team embarks on a tough October schedule.

11. Arizona Cardinals

SU: 1-2

ATS: 3-0

Super Bowl Odds: +33300

Last week’s ranking: 23

The Cardinals redeemed themselves after squandering second-half leads in their first two games by manhandling the Dallas Cowboys in a 28-16 win last weekend. But with three divisional road games and home dates with Cincinnati and Baltimore coming up, can the Cards continue to pay out at the sportsbook.

12. Dallas Cowboys

SU: 2-1

ATS: 2-1

Super Bowl Odds: +1045

Last week’s ranking: 1

The Cowboys scored 70 total points during a spectacular 2-0 run but were embarrassed in last weekend’s 28-16 loss in Arizona. Last week’s loss should prove as a wake-up call, but the Cowboys still face injury concerns on their offensive line.

13. Baltimore Ravens

SU: 2-1

ATS: 2-1

Super Bowl Odds: +1485

Last week’s ranking: 4

Lamar Jackson has been on fire in his return under centre for the Ravens. Jackson tossed for two scores this season, and added two TD runs in last week’s loss to Indianapolis. However, he has seemingly been left to fend for himself at times by a team that would be lost without him.

14. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

SU: 2-1

ATS: 2-1

Super Bowl Odds: +7930

Last week’s ranking: 8

The Buccaneers got served a heaping helping of reality in last week’s 25-11 loss to Philadelphia. Injuries among the secondary are a worry, but this team sports enough weapons to remain among the top half of the rankings for at least another week.

15. Los Angeles Rams

SU: 1-2

ATS: 2-0-1

Super Bowl Odds: +9310

Last week’s ranking: 10

The Rams have managed to exceed expectations while avoiding an ATS loss through three weeks. The offence could be in for a big lift if reports of Cooper Kupp’s return in Week 5 are accurate.

16. Los Angeles Chargers

SU: 1-2

ATS: 1-2

Super Bowl Odds: +3056

Last week’s ranking: 12

The Chargers sport a losing SU and ATS record, but have seen their first three games settled by a combined margin of just nine points. However, hopes of this team taking the next step are impacted by the loss of Mike Williams, and possibly Austin Ekeler, to injury.

17. Pittsburgh Steelers

SU: 2-1

ATS: 2-1

Super Bowl Odds: +3927

Last week’s ranking: 19

The Steelers have rebounded from a season-opening loss with gritty wins over Cleveland and Las Vegas. However, Kenny Pickett’s reliance on long bomb passes to find the end zone in the past two games may be exciting, but are no replacement for steady game management.

18. New England Patriots

SU: 1-2

ATS: 1-2

Super Bowl Odds: +75500

Last week’s ranking: 29

The Patriots are coming off a solid defensive performance versus the Jets, and managed to keep things close in their home losses to Philadelphia and Miami. However, they remain overvalued at the sportsbook.

19. Houston Texans

SU: 1-2

ATS: 1-2

Super Bowl Odds: +30700

Last week’s ranking: 31

CJ Stroud has looked increasingly comfortable under centre over the first three weeks of the season, and his performance in leading the Texans to a convincing win in Jacksonville should put this team on the betting radar as they get set for a favourable schedule in October.

20. Tennessee Titans

SU: 1-2

ATS: 2-1

Super Bowl Odds: +7570

Last week’s ranking: 20

Ryan Tannehill has struggled badly in his return to action this season, tossing one scoring pass while getting sacked 13 times over his first three games. Tannehill has also failed to develop chemistry with Deandre Hopkins, and things could get ugly in Week 4 versus Cincinnati’s revitalized defence.

21. Cincinnati Bengals

SU: 1-2

ATS: 0-2-1

Super Bowl Odds: +1857

Last week’s ranking: 17

The Bengals defence was simply outstanding in last week’s narrow win over the Rams. However, this team needs Joe Burrow healthy and productive if they are to reclaim a leading position in the rankings.

22. Jacksonville Jaguars

SU: 1-2

ATS: 1-2

Super Bowl Odds: +3069

Last week’s ranking: 14

The Jaguars offence has gone MIA since opening the season with a 31-21 over Indianapolis. The team has scored just six total points before the half in their past two games, and Trevor Lawrence has not tossed a scoring pass outside of garbage time since the second quarter in Week 1.

23. Washington Commanders

SU: 2-1

ATS: 1-2

Super Bowl Odds: +9300

Last week’s ranking: 15

The Commanders padded their record with back-to-back narrow wins over Denver and Arizona to start the season, but were exposed in last week’s 37-3 beating at the hands of the Bills.

24. Las Vegas Raiders

SU: 1-2

ATS: 1-2

Super Bowl Odds: +13800

Last week’s ranking: 25

The Raiders have been outclassed in back-to-back losses to Buffalo and Pittsburgh, and with Jimmy Garoppolo’s status uncertain since entering concussion protocol, things could quickly get worse in Sin City.

25. Atlanta Falcons

SU: 2-1

ATS: 1-2

Super Bowl Odds: +4299

Last week’s ranking:13

Bijan Robinson is the force that drives the Falcons offence. But with quarterback Desmond Ridder struggling to generate scoring as expected, while playing behind a porous offensive line that let him get sacked seven times in last week’s loss to Detroit, this team will need big defensive efforts to maintain any momentum at the sportsbook.

26. New Orleans Saints

SU: 2-1

ATS: 0-2-1

Super Bowl Odds: +3855

Last week’s ranking: 24

Derek Carr has failed to spark a Saints offence that has scored just 17.7 points per game during a 2-1 start. A shoulder injury will not help Carr take this team to the next level, as they get set to play three of their next five games on the road. Alvin Kamara’s return from suspension should give a lift to a ground game that has sputtered.

27. New York Jets

SU: 1-2

ATS: 1-2

Super Bowl Odds: +11700

Last week’s ranking: 22

The loss of Aaron Rodgers is having its expected impact on the Jets, who have compiled just 386 total yards and 20 total points over the past two games. Could a trade for a passer be in the works?

28. Minnesota Vikings

SU: 0-3

ATS: 0-2-1

Super Bowl Odds: +6680

Last week’s ranking: 26

A team that couldn’t be beat in close games last season, can’t buy a win this season. Each of Minnesota’s wins have come by a single score, but with the Vikings have yet to score in first-quarter action while allowing over 27 points per game.

29. Carolina Panthers

SU: 0-3

ATS: 0-2-1

Super Bowl Odds: +27700

Last week’s ranking: 27

The loss of Bryce Young to injury is a massive blow to a young Panthers squad that has still ma nagged to remain competitive during a 0-3 start.

30. New York Giants

SU: 1-2

ATS: 0-3

Super Bowl Odds: +11000

Last week’s ranking: 28

The Giants raised the hopes of loyal sports betting fans with their epic comeback win over Arizona in Week 2, but returned to expected form with a brutal offensive performance in last week’s 30-12 loss to San Francisco. Matters are not helped by the loss of Saquon Barkly and a battered offensive line.

31. Denver Broncos

SU: 0-3

ATS: 0-3

Super Bowl Odds: +13100

Last week’s ranking: 30

Russell Wilson has shown signs of finally fulfilling the promise while tossing for six touchdowns over the first three weeks, but it could take this team awhile to rebound from last weekend’s embarrassing 70-20 loss to Miami that brings the total number of points they have allowed in the past two weeks to 105.

32. Chicago Bears

SU: 0-3

ATS: 0-3

Super Bowl Odds: +25200

Last week’s ranking: 32

The clock may be ticking on Justin Fields’ tenure in the Windy City after he got himself in hot water with some eye-raising comments to media last week before leading the Bears to a humiliating 41-10 loss in Kansas City. The defeat extends their SU losing streak to 13 games, during which they have lost by double digits eight times and covered the spread just twice.
