The Warriors are coming off an impressive 109-104 comeback victory over the visiting Minnesota Timberwolves on Sunday, and have also paid out against the spread as betting favourites in each of their three recent home wins. The Blazers travel to the Bay Area after snapping a two-game straight up slide with Sunday’s 131-114 rout of the visiting Houston Rockets, but have failed to tally consecutive wins during a middling 3-5 run.

The Warriors have held steady since opening as 4-point home favourites on the NBA odds, while the total has dipped slightly to 235.5 since opening at 236.

Trail Blazers vs. Warriors NBA Betting Odds

Tuesday night’s matchup at Chase Center marks the third of four schedule meetings this season between these Western Conference rivals. The clubs split their first two meetings of the campaign, with the home team emerging victorious in each. However, the Warriors have otherwise dominated in head-to-head play, posting straight up wins in five of seven dates with the Blazers including four straight wins on home court.

The OVER has paid out in two of their past three matchups, with GSW averaging 124 points per game in those contests.

Portland Trail Blazers

The Trail Blazers got a much needed win on Sunday to remain on the edge of the playoff picture in the West. With their decisive 131-114 win, the Blazers remain deadlocked with New Orleans in the battle for 10th place in the conference, and a berth in the Western Conference play-in.

Sunday’s victory was all about Damian Lillard, who almost singlehandedly earned the win with an epic 71-point performance. Lillard has maintained an absolutely torrid pace, averaging 50 points per game over his past three outings, and scoring 40 or more during a 12-game run that started with a 60-point night against Utah on January 25.

However, injuries remain a concern for Portland, which remains without big man Jusuf Nurkic and shooting guard Anfernee Simons, who have both missed significant time due to lower body injuries.

Golden State Warriors

The Warriors look to be adjusting to life without Steph Curry during their current two-game in streak. With Curry on the shelf indefinitely due to a lower body injury, Klay Thompson has taken charge of the Dubs’ attack. Thompson is coming off a team-high 32 -point performance in Sunday’s victory over the T-Wolves and has averaged 32 points per game over the past three contests.

Big man Kevon Looney has also been a steady presence under the bucket. Looney tallied 17 rebounds in Sunday’s victory, and has recorded an average of 14.2 boards per game during a six-game run that has also featured four double-doubles.

However, in addition to Curry, the Warriors remain without Andrew Wiggins due to personal reasons, while Draymond Green has been upgraded to probable as he works to overcome a knee injury.
