Los Angeles Lakers NBA injury: Luka Dončić day to day (hamstring) vs. Mavericks

Luka Dončić is day to day after sustaining a left hamstring injury during the third quarter of Thursday’s game against the Oklahoma City Thunder. He did not return to the contest and is scheduled to undergo an MRI on Friday, April 3, to determine the severity of the strain.

Dončić is averaging 33.5 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 8.3 assists while shooting 47.6% from the field and 36.6% from three-point range in 64 games. In his last game 2 days ago vs. the Thunder, he had 12 points, 4 rebounds, and 7 assists in 25 minutes.

The Lakers hold a 50-27 record and are 24-15 on the road this season. Over their last five games, they are 4-1 while averaging 119.2 points with a +2.8 scoring differential. Los Angeles is 42-34-1 against the spread this season with a 40-37-0 over/under mark.
