The Bucks close out a five-game western road trip in search of just their third win in seven games after dropping a 123-108 decision in Utah on Sunday, and now enter Tuesday’s action knotted with the surging Cleveland Cavaliers, five games back of first-place Boston. The Suns return home after closing out a seven-game junket with Sunday’s lopsided 140-112 win in Washington that marks their third win in four games. Phoenix has also won three straight and eight of their past 11 at home.

The Suns have emerged as strengthening 3.5-point home favourites on the Tuesday NBA odds. The Bucks trail as +140 underdogs on the NBA moneyline, and the total is listed at a lofty 243.5.

Bucks vs. Suns NBA Betting Odds

In addition to losing four of six contests including three of their past four road games. The Bucks have been a massive disappointment to loyal fans, covering the spread in just four of their past 18 outings and going 1-9 ATS in their past 10 on the road. While Milwaukee still ranks as the second highest scoring team in the NBA, points have come at a premium during their recent swoon, with Bucks shooters scoring more than 108 points in just three of the past six games. That has translated into regular payouts for totals bettors taking the UNDER, which is currently on a 4-0 run.

The Suns can also make gains in the standings with a victory on Tuesday. After winning three of the final four dates on their recent road trip, the Suns sit just a half-game back of Sacramento in the race for fifth place in the Western Conference. However, a loss to the Bucks will drop Phoenix into seventh place, a half-game back of New Orleans. The Suns have also covered in three of their past four games, but still have work to do to improve on a Western Conference worst 19-29-2 ATS record including a brutal 3-13-1 ATS run in their past 17 home games.

Milwaukee Bucks

Mounting injuries have become a big problem for the Bucks, who look towards Tuesday’s matchup with four of their biggest stars battling ailments. Giannis Antetokounmpo has been nursing a nagging knee injury, but showed no ill effects while averaging 40.5 points and 11.5 assists over the past two games. Damian Lillard is listed as questionable after suffering an ankle sprain in Sunday’s win over the Jazz, and Khris Middleton is expected to return to action after getting the night off in Utah to nurse a knee injury. However, the status of Brook Lopez remains unclear after he missed a second straight game in Utah due to unexplained personal reasons.

Phoenix Suns

The Suns received a big lift from veteran Bradley Beal in Sunday’s date against his former Washington Wizards teammates. Beal led the way with a season-high 43 points while seeing just 31 minutes of action. However, maintaining that pace on Tuesday is a tall order considering Beal has averaged just 17.2 points per game on home court this season, fuelling -125 odds on the NBA players props of him compiling UNDER 19.5 points on Tuesday. Conversely, it was a quiet night for Suns leading scorer Kevin Durant on Sunday. Durant recorded 18 points in just 36 minutes of action, but has averaged 32.8 points per game in his past five home appearances.
