UFC 196 Main Card Betting Odds
Conor McGregor vs. Nate Diaz Odds
The betting odds on the McGregor vs. Diaz fight have been moving in the last few days, and may move even more as the hour approaches. McGregor opened at -360 and has now moved to -460. Check out detailed coverage for the updated odds here.
Current odds: Conor McGregor-490, Nate Diaz +330
UPDATE: McGregor now -500 favourite.
UPDATE: McGregor drops all the way to -400.
Holly Holm vs. Miesha Tate Odds
Holly Holm hasn’t had much unchallenged time to celebrate her new title as the women’s bantamweight champion. She will face perennial contender Miesha Tate in a fight that has seen the betting lines shift slightly away from Holm’s favor. She opened at-420, but is still the favorite to win at -380.
Current odds: Meisha Tate +265, Holly Holm -380
UPDATE: Holm now -365 favourite.
Gian Villante vs. Ilir Latifi Odds
Where Ilir Latifi lacks in height, he makes up for in brute strength. He’s won his last four fights in the first round, and bettors expect him to do the same when he meets American Gian Villante in the Octagon this Saturday.
Current odds: Gian Villante +160, Ilir Latifi -210
Tom Lawlor vs. Corey Anderson Odds
Corey Anderson won his season of The Ultimate Fighter, and after eight career fights is considered one of the rising talents to watch in his light heavyweight division. He’s coming off of two wins, and his opponent Tom Lawlor is coming off a win against Gian Villante. The odds are favoring Anderson in this fight, since Lawlor is considered the less technically proficient fighter.
Current odds: Tom Lawlor +230, Corey Anderson -315
Valentina Shevchenko vs. Amanda Nunes Odds
This is one of the more well-matched fights on UFC 196’s main card. Brazil’s Nunes has only lost one fight in her UFC career, against Cat Zingano. Shevchenko, a skilled kickboxer from Kyrgyzstan, has only been an Octagon fighter for a short time, but made an impression with a win over Sarah Kaufman late last year. Bettors have experience trumping skill depth here, with Nunes being the slight favorite.
