Roughriders vs. Tiger-Cats Prediction: CFL Week 11 Point Spread, Odds
The Saskatchewan Roughriders aim to seize sole possession of top spot in the CFL West with a third straight win when they visit the struggling Hamilton Tiger-Cats on Saturday night in CFL Week 11 betting action at Hamilton Stadium.
The Roughriders hit the road after rolling to a 42-20 rout of the bottom-feeding Ottawa RedBlacks last weekend and are now knotted with Edmonton for first place in the West with 12 points, but with a game in hand.
The Ti-Cats return home after coming up short in last week’s 27-24 defeat in BC that extends their current losing streak to three games while dumping them out of the CFL playoff picture.
The Riders arrive in Steeltown perched as 7.5-point road favourites on the CFL Week 11 odds. The Tiger-Cats trail as +280 underdogs on the CFL moneyline and the total is listed at a lofty 26.5.
CFL Odds and Betting
Saturday night’s matchup marks the second and final meeting of the season between these squads. The Roughriders dominated in a 38-7 victory when the Tabbies visited Regina last month to extend their current head-to-head win streak to five games.
The defending champs have averaged an impressive 32.8 points per game during their current 5-0-0 run versus Hamilton and have now limited the Ti-Cats to just 12 points per game while topping the Tabbies in three straight home dates.
In addition to seeing the UNDER pay out in CFL totals betting in their past three versus Hamilton, the Riders have also gone 5-0 ATS during their current domination of the Tiger-Cats. However, the Roughriders have emerged as a shaky bet, going just 2-4 ATS in their past six outings, but have covered in two games this season while favoured by 7+ points.
The Tiger-Cats have struggled since the loss of quarterback Bo Levi Mitchell to injury, losing five of their past six games while scoring an average of just 17.7 points per game. Not surprisingly, Hamilton has covered just twice over that stretch and is winless ATS in two outings as underdogs of 7+ points.
Saskatchewan Roughriders
Injuries have emerged as a big concern for the Roughriders as they travel to Hamilton. Kian Schaffer-Baker, Samuel Emilus, A.J. Ouellette, Rolan Milligan Jr. and Tevaughn Campbell are all unavailable, creating a challenge for quarterback Trevor Harris to keep the offence producing. The 40-year-old has met the challenge, connecting for multiple TDs on seven occasions thru the squad’s 6-2-0 start, capped by last week’s 401-yead, two-TD effort versus the RedBlacks.
However, Harris has also tossed at least one pick in each of the past six games and seven total this season. A pair of Rider receivers topped the century mark, with KeeSean Johnson tallying 133 yards and one score and Johnny Johnson recording 117 yards. Rusher Tommy Stevens also enjoyed a big day, running for three TDs and 45 yards in the win over Ottawa.
Hamilton Tiger-Cats
The Tiger-Cats find themselves teetering on the brink of free-fall as the 2026 CFL campaign reaches the halfway mark. Issues still exist under centre, where a revolving door has taken the place of Bo Levi Mitchell. Last week, Harrison Frost guided the offence for the entire game after sharing duties with Tre Ford over the previous two weeks, with middling results. Frost completed just nine of 20 pass attempts for a meagre 165 yards to go along with one TD and one pick.
Overall, Ti-Cats pivots have produced just four total TD passes over the past five games without Mitchell, and need far more production from their ground game, which produced just 26 total yards last week after steady outings in preceding dates with Calgary and Montreal.
