2026 EPL Soccer Betting Odds: Manchester derby highlights weekend schedule

All hands are on deck for the Manchester derby this week, with only Manchester City and Arsenal maintaining perfect records ahead of matchweek four.

As always, the Manchester derby will be quite the spectacle to behold, because if City don’t come out with a victory, Arsenal may just run away with first place once again. 

In other news, third-place surprise packages Hull City head to Stamford Bridge to match up against Chelsea in fourth. Finally, Liverpool’s Alexander Isak looks to strike home his fourth goal of the season when his side face Fulham.

Lock in for the classic Manchester Derby this weekend, with five games, including Chelsea vs. Hull City, kicking off the EPL action this Saturday at 10 a.m. ET.

Manchester United vs. Manchester City best bet: Manchester City +105

It’s no surprise United’s clash with Everton last Saturday hit over 2.5 goals, with the Red Devils nearly snagging a crucial three points, only for Ainsley Maitland-Niles to rain on their parade with a 90+6′ game-tying goal. 

Bryan Mbeumo did add to his tally, though, earning his second goal of the season to leave him just one behind his midfield teammate, Bruno Fernandes. 

Michael Carrick’s squad enters this matchup in 11th place with only one win in three games, and the Red Devils will be home underdogs at +210 against the might of Erling Haaland and Man City.

This is no easy walk in the park for City either, but aside from a blowout 3-0 loss to last year’s Premier League champions Arsenal in the FA Community Shield Final, the Citizens haven’t lost this season. 

A 1-0 win over Coventry last weekend moved City into first spot, with Haaland snatching the game’s only goal. City also came out completely unscathed in their Champions League matchup on Tuesday against FC Porto, winning 2-0 thanks to more Haaland heroics. 

With Enzo Maresca’s side feeling extraordinarily confident as +105 favourites, it’ll be hard to suppress both Haaland and Rayan Cherki from a United perspective.

All things considered, playing at Old Trafford may just work to the benefit of a fired-up City, and with only two goals allowed this season compared to United’s six, it’s looking like the visitors can pick up the win.

Chelsea vs. Hull City best bet: Hull City +1.5 +118

If Chelsea can keep up the pace this season, they have potential to be in contention for a top-four finish at least. 

They have only suffered one loss this season to Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium and they bounced back from that with a 6-3 thrashing of Leeds in the EFL Cup in the week, a match that saw Cole Palmer and Danny Welbeck both score braces.

Aside from Brighton, who the Blues beat 4-3 on August 30, Chelsea boast the highest number of goals scored in the league (eight), with three goalscorers, Joao Pedro, Palmer, and Morgan Rogers, all attaining two goals apiece. Xabi Alonso’s side should fare well at Stamford Bridge on Saturday (-550), but they do face the only team that still hasn’t allowed a goal this season.

Hull have surprised many with their strong start, beating both Manchester United and Coventry without conceding before earning a 0-0 against Aston Villa.

Chelsea’s impressive offence should provide the Hull defence with their toughest test yet and while an upset is always possible, the Tigers’ unbeaten start should end this weekend.

That being said, Hull have shown enough so far to suggest they can run Chelsea close and backing the Tigers with a +1.5 start could be the way to go.

Alexander Isak anytime goalscorer in Liverpool vs. Fulham

Swedish striker Alexander Isak enters his fourth league match of the season on a two-game EPL scoring streak with three goals under his belt. At Anfield against a vulnerable 18th-place Fulham, who’ve allowed seven goals this season, Isak is on track to net his fourth goal of the campaign.
