Salloi has been the catalyst. He leads Toronto with 13 MLS goal contributions, recording seven goals and six assists, and has contributed a goal or assist in five consecutive league matches.

Aristizabal’s winner against Nashville was his fourth MLS goal of the season, but his first since he netted a brace against Miami in May. Theo Corbeanu picked up his third assist in his last five games on Salloi’s equalizer.

Toronto also recently added winger Lewis Morgan, who made his first start for the club and had two shots on goal Wednesday.

Josh Sargent continues to lead the attack and created two dangerous first-half opportunities against Nashville after recording a hat trick in a 4-4 draw with Chicago on Saturday.
