Milan Olympics: Today’s Canada vs. Czechia men’s hockey start time, odds

Canadian hockey fans have been waiting for this one for a long time. Team Canada opens its Milan Olympic tournament today against Czechia and while the Canadians remain favourites to win both this initial matchup and the gold medal, this is no gimmie to start out with.

Puck drop is set for 10:40 a.m. ET today and the game can be seen for free on CBC Gem or TSN. You can also check in on the Canadian women’s hockey team before that as they face Finland at 8:30 a.m. ET.

Milan Olympics men’s hockey odds

The odds for this matchup have dipped a little in the last 48 hours. Canada was set as a -650 favourite, but is now listed at -550 (meaning you’d have to wager $550 to win $100). Czechia is now a +350 underdog.

Canada remains a -105 favourite to win gold, just ahead of Team USA at +195. Sweden is next up on the odds board at +650.
