2025 NHL Parlay Picks for Friday, Nov. 7: Expect the underdogs to show up
It’s a smaller slate on the NHL’s Friday night schedule, so we’re targeting a parlay with a pick from all four games.
Here’s what I have for a four-leg parlay priced at +841:
- Rangers moneyline vs. Red Wings (+105)
- Wild vs. Islanders Over 6.5 (-115)
- Connor Bedard 1+ points vs. Flames (-220)
- Sharks puckline (+1.5) vs. Jets (-145)

Rangers moneyline vs. Red Wings
Friday night starts with an Original Six matchup in Detroit. The Rangers have absolutely owned this head-to-head rivalry, winning six straight games dating back to November 2023.
And while New York somehow remains winless at home this season, they’ve kept their season alive with elite level road play. The Blueshirts are 6-1-1 away from Madison Square Garden this season and they’ve won six of their last seven games in Detroit.
Wild vs. Islanders Over 6.5
The Wild and Islanders are middling teams this year and their head-to-head history isn’t really dominant one way or the other, so I’ll target the total for this game.
One consistent theme for these teams this season is high scoring games. The Over has hit in nine of 15 contests for Minnesota, while New York has finished above the number in 10 of 13.
Both teams also give up goals at a significant rate, with the Wild allowing 3.67 goals per game (29th in the NHL) and the Islanders giving up 3.38 (27th).
Connor Bedard 1+ points vs. Flames
Connor Bedard is off to a scorching pace to begin the year with 18 points (7G, 11A) in 14 games and I like that to continue against a Calgary squad that sits dead last in the NHL standings.
Bedard is riding a six-game point streak and he’s only been held off the scoresheet three times this year.
The young Blackhawks star should have plenty of opportunities to torch the Flames. In addition to holding last place in the NHL, Calgary is 21st in goals allowed (3.20) and 29th in shots allowed (30.5) per game.
Sharks puckline (+1.5) vs. Jets
While Winnipeg has won five straight in head-to-head action against San Jose, I actually like the Sharks on the puckline as four of those games have been decided by a single goal.
San Jose has been one of the most exciting young teams in the league this season, ranking top 10 in goals per game (3.43). I like the Sharks to keep this game close at home against the Jets, who are in the middle of a long six-game road trip.
