Fred Warner is a Force for the 49ers

Fred Warner concluded the season with 82 tackles and 50 assists, totaling 132 combined tackles. Notably, he delivered an outstanding performance with 13 tackles and assists against the Lions, showcasing his prowess as one of the NFL’s premier run-stuffing linebackers.

Although Warner’s average combined tackles and assists for the season is slightly below the line at 8.0, his overall impact on the game cannot be understated. Furthermore, the absence of Kansas City Chiefs’ offensive guard Joe Thuney could create opportunities for Warner. Thuney, a linchpin of the Chiefs’ offensive line, has started 49 regular-season games over the past three years, earning consecutive All-Pro team selections.
