Seattle Seahawks QB Sam Darnold listed Questionable vs. San Francisco 49ers
Seattle Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold is questionable for Saturday’s NFC Divisional Round playoff game against the San Francisco 49ers with an oblique injury. Darnold was a late addition to the injury report on Thursday after being limited in practice. Backup quarterback Drew Lock took first-team reps in his place.
That said, Darnold sounded confident in his status for the game. “I feel like I’ll be ready to go,” Darnold told reporters in Seattle after Thursday’s practice.
The NFL odds board has Seahawks listed as 7-point favourites against the 49ers.
In 17 starts this season, Darnold has completed 67.7% of his passes for 4,048 yards with 25 touchdowns and 14 interceptions. He has also rushed for 95 yards on 35 attempts and has lost six fumbles.
Lock is 1-1 filling in with the Seahawks and 10-18 overall in his career. He has a career completion percentage of 59.6 with 34 touchdowns and 28 interceptions.
